I haven’t had any issues until today. I get that it’s the Tuesday deal, but I sat there for 30+ minutes after ordering and paying. Everyone who ordered before me and after me left. I hadn’t been called so I asked why. They then eventually told me someone took my pizza (I didn’t see anyone leave with the ones I ordered because I ordered a child’s pizza-the mini murph ). Even if that’s true, they then made my pizzas and gave them to me with zero apology. Just sent me on my way. It’s rude to make me wait for so long and then not even apologize for YOUR mistake.

Came here on 9/2/22 at 10:55am. I understand that they open at 11am and l had no intention of trying to come in early but l also wanted to wait outside of my car because it was a steamy morning already and didn’t want to roast inside the car.

9 times out of 10, the pizzas we take home(15 miles). The pizzas are great!!! The times that they are NOT…We call them, tell them the problem. They addressed it above and beyond, what we had Expected.

Terrible, our pizza had little to no sauce on it and we also found a human hair in the pizza. The female worker who was making our pizza while we were waiting didn’t go get more sauce when the bin ran out, she tried getting by with what was left in the bin. We were the only people there at the time (not busy or understaffed) there was no reason to not go and get more sauce.
