Well hey, the pizza has always been good here. I called in a Taco pizza on bargain Tuesday. I don’t call too far ahead though, because there are usually a bunch of unrefrigerated pizzas waiting for pick up sitting on a shelf. I don’t really want my pizza sitting there..for how long? The atmosphere is usually busy and somewhat messy behind the line. I would go again. Good pizza

Disappointed once again. This once quick take and bake is now a last resort and only if you are willing to just take what you get. I ordered online, waited, picked up what was supposed to be a Tuscan Chicken & Sausage pizza. Nothing special. I guess they were out of sausage. Not worth the wait, again, to get it fixed. Long waits, online demand for tips, incorrect or poorly made pies. How this place is still open is amazing to me. It used to be packed every Friday night and I would gladly wait in line to listen to the friendly banter and watch in amazement as pie after pie flew out the door. Now…. …. …. not so much.

Absolutely love the pizza and the staff. Unfortunately it is impossible to use a gift card that we have. For the last 2 weeks I have come in and the system was down. I understand that computers go down but 2 weeks in a row when I am trying to use a gift card is a bit frustrating. After trying for 10 minutes just gave cash because I felt bad for the line that was building behind me.

Food is consistent and staff is helpful. We go there because they accept EBT, but it seems that 1 out of 3 times the EBT system is down. I know it is out of their immediate control, but it makes going there a gamble for us.

If a business cannot continue running with call-outs, the store manager/owner is not hiring enough staff. If labor is an issue, then Papa Murphys as a whole has to raise wages. All locations in rochester are known to take an hour or more to complete orders (when ordered ahead), especially on weekends. I do not blame the staff as they were sweating, working as hard as they could.

We always get the garlic chicken pizza, and the all meat pizza with zucchini and onions added. Love them both. We also had a stuffed chicken bacon pizza which was good also. If u order and pay ahead of time you can walk in,pick up, and go, taking only minutes.

Nice people working there very hopeful and suggested delicious pizzas. They made sure we knew we had to bake it and we’re very patient with our indecisiveness. The place was clean and conveniently located in the price was fair. It’s a neat concept and I’m sure kids would like it because they can pick their own ingredients and watch them make it. I also have salads. Most of all the sophisticated flavors of The pizzas are surprising and welcome part of the experience.
