I love love to offer a zero star but unfortunately that’s not an option! A mom of three who worked all day long swung into this location to grab pizzas for the family. The 3 gentlemen standing around talking about girls and gossip rudely told me they were only accepting online orders due to low staff. I said I don’t have my phone and it’s dead can I please order 2 pizzas and they again said “sorry we are only taking online orders” so I left and had to go to cub to get frozen pizzas for dinner. Absolutely rude! Will never visit this Murphy’s again.

This is the place I always go to since it’s close to me.ight try a different one. I happened to be close by so decided to go in and order. I asked about one of the pizzas and the guy gave me an attitude. All I asked was how many toppings I can get on a certain pizza. He got an attitude and Whatever you want. Didn’t even give me all the toppings I asked for. Didn’t want to deal with him anymore so I left. Wish the girl who had come out of the back had helped me. She wasn’t even helping me but she smiled and acknowledged me and even the other people there. If he doesn’t like the job needs to find somewhere else.

I went to this location (St. Louis Park, MN) this past weekend. An older woman made my pizza. During the process while she was making the pizza I noticed she seemed to be standing in such a way that she was blocking my view from being able to watch her make the pizza. Seemed odd, so I moved to the side of the counter where I could see what she’s doing. I was immediately grossed out because I noticed her arms, and I’m NOT being mean here but this was gross, her arms had a significant amount of extra skin that she was allowing to drag across my pizza while she made it!!!!!!!! I immediately cancelled my order. We are not out of the woods with a Pandemic and I barely want to eat out in the first place, and this solidifies my reasoning.I just can’t with having someone else prepare my food. I will also add that the lady had the audacity to get feisty when I tried to cancel the order – after dragging her skin across my food!!!

Ordered two large thin crust pizzas yesterday, one cheese, one pepperoni and I gotta tell you they were two of the most flavorless, tasteless pizzas I’ve ever had. Like bland melted cheese on cardboard. Even the pepperoni had no flavor. We woulda been more satisfied with a couple of 99cent Totino’s party pizza’s to be honest. Had ok pizza here once before(original crust) so I’m not sure what happened.

Delicious pizzas, fast and polite and friendly service, and clean store! They were doing an excellent job and I totally understood they were extra busy on NYE! Love the $10 Tuesday deal too! Only one suggestion- the ceiling air ventilation intake grid/vent is super dusty and dirty… that should be thoroughly vacuumed and wiped/rinsed soon.

I have always been so happy with the food, but today I was very disappointed. I ordered on line, and my daughter picked it up. They forgot to include the cookie dough I ordered, and when I called to have it credited back on my card, the girl said that they could not do that. However, she would put me in the books and I would have 1 week to pick it up or I would lose it. Also I was very disappointed with the Tuscan chicken pizza as it was lacking topping, especially cheese, when compared to the past times that I have ordered it. The girl was was very short with me when I shared how disappointed I was. I just wanted them to be aware, I was not even looking for a credit. They were not busy, so I do not understand why the pizza was so poorly made.
