Your running cost is Minimum wage for 1 employee, and the largest and most expensive pizza is about $1.25-2.00 per pizza. You make a minimum of 1 million USD a year and you close at 7pm on a Thursday…. Wow. Good for you.

I am frustrated and this has occurred before! What a waste of time. Spend 10 minutes to get three individual orders completed online and then be told the store is closing so the order can’t be processed. I should have remembered this from a couple of months ago. Put a timer or a countdown prominently displayed on your website showing how much time is left to order. It’s not that tough for software developers to do.

My family gets pizza here almost once a week and sometimes more. The last two times we picked up from here the service was not so hot. Last week the pizza’s looked like they were made by a new “trainee”. Sauce was not spread evenly and toppings also looked off a bit and made sloppily. Today I waited a very very long time for my two veggie delights while other customers were coming after me ad leaving before me. Another customer had the same problem. After asking why the delay, the manager said the back line was slower than the front line. The slow line was slow because the new teenage employee “Alley” was working the back line. Once my pizza’s were done Alley picked up one pizza and dropped it on top of my other pizza and said have a nice day sarcastically refusing to make eye contact. This store is FULL OF TEENAGE workers. Expect slow service and poor attitudes from some NOT ALL of the staff. After getting home with the pizza’s we also found them to be made with the wrong crust and also made in the wrong size.

Love ‘P-Murphs’ Pizza, I actually used to work at this location nearly ten years ago! Probably the most fun job I’ve ever had and I completely understand when things get busy how tickets can get lost int he mix! I’ve been there! Tonight I called ahead for a family size thin crust but when I got there they had me in the system but had no pizza for me, the shift lead on duty named T.J Brown apologized, made my pizza himself personally, apologized some more and thanked me for my patience, and handed me a free side card for my next visit. He was so amazingly polite and kind, I just had to write something on here for him, what a great person to have in charge on a busy night, very professional and very helptul. Thank you T.J!
