I will never return to this store. 6 months ago, I found a fake finger nail in my salad. I had to take the salad back in to get a refund. How do you not notice you lost a finger nail? Better yet, why are you not wearing gloves? Gross. Today tried to get pizza for the pi day sale. I ordered my pizzas at 11:30 am this morning. Walked in to get my pizzas at 5:30 and found mass chaos. Was told pretty much if I hadn’t paid for them online I might not get them. The manager who was extremely flustered stated that there was only 27 pizza doughs left and with 10 people in front of us, we knew we wouldn’t be getting our pizza tonight. Horrible store.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a cinnamon wheel online 3 hours prior. When I got to the store, it took them a while to locate my order with an order# after several attempts of not finding it. When found they said, it would be another 10-15 minutes. When the order was finally done, they said cinnamon wheel was not ready and I would have to wait longer. So all in all very poor service. What’s the point ordering online if I am standing at the store. You guys need to get it together. Alternatives are plenty.

Twice in a row I have ordered on line an hour ahead so my pizzas would be ready after work. Both times I waited at the pick up window for over fifteen minutes. Each time I would see people pull in and leave with pizzas. I would then park and go into the store to hopefully get mine. Each time I was told that an employee had not shown up for work and that they were behind. I will not allow this to happen a third time. I will go to the grocery store behind it and buy a frozen pizza first.

The pizza was fine as always. BUT I was appalled when the associate took our cash payment and gave us cash back with gloved hands, then proceeded to make our pizza, handle cheese, meat etc with the same gloved hands! Ever heard of cross contamination?? Your employee should have put on clean gloves. I could not eat that pizza!!!
