i went to this location and there was this nice curly brown haired girl who was so helpful and sweet. she was so enjoyable to talk to and had some great suggestions! the chicken mediterranean was so good! this was seriously one of the best pizzas i have had. definitely going back soon, whoever this girl is needs a raise! great customer service!

The quality of food is decent. The staff are a bunch of kids…Sometimes they don’t answer the phone. They claim they don’t accept EBT (when asked). But they do! Besides that bias, I think they are doing the best they can with a lack of experience.

I’m not one to write reviews but I love papa murphys pizza and this one is close for me.This location has gone way down hill in the last year. The staff is lackluster and seems not interested. On one occasion I purchased a salad that turned out to be brown. When I brought it back I was told there was no manager on duty but they would call me to make it right. Never happened. On multiple occasions I’ve ordered online and the pizza has been made on the wrong crust. Tonight my half and half pizza had both toppings over the whole thing.

We’ve had back to back very poor experiences in our first two attempts at orders at this Maple Grove location. The first time we ordered a large pizza and cheese bread. We paid for both items in advance but only received the pizza in our order. We called back and were told that they would add two free cheese breads to our next order. We asked how we would get the free order and they said don’t worry we have a list. Today we ordered again and asked for our free cheese bread and were told there is no such list. We asked for the free bread given we had already paid for one last time and were told a manager would contact us. Unfortunately, no one contacted us. It’s one thing to put up with mistakes and poor service but not getting items we’ve paid for is why this deserves one star.

I don’t know what’s up with this location, but their NYXLs are wack. Every time I get one from this location the crust is very wrong and cooks weird. It sticks to the white tray, burnt in some spots, squishy in other spots. Barley even edible.. Now I’m driving a little further to a different location…

If you love papa murphys, go to another location. Ordered a large cowboy pizza. Had to repeat my order three times before he came back to tell me they were out of pans for the pan pizza. He asked if I was okay with original crust. Sure but its $1.00 cheaper and he failed to mention that. I had to ask for additional sausage/pepperoni for the difference. Had to repeat that four times. After baking the pizza I realized it was just a sausage/pepperoni pizza, not a cowboy. Called numerous times, 20 minutes before they closed and never got an answer…never going back to this location!
