Pulled up at 7:45 after calling the entire drive up here to watch one of the kids go snag a key after seeing me and go pop the lock on the door before I even finish parking and then him and the other employee start snickering and wont even look at me after doing it as they continue cleaning up and laughing after locking the door well before closing and ignoring the telephone…! We are vegan and they have a pizza with non- dairy/vegan “cheese”. They don’t add tons of vegan cheese which is good and this makes PM’s the absolute best vegan pizza we have ever had for eating out! Thank you Papa Murphy’s.

HORRIBLE customer service. Received the wrong pizzas. Called to complain & manager took no responsibility even though the pizzas were premed and it was slow in the store. He told me to take toppings off one pizza and ‘make my own’ correct pizzas. No need to replace them. No apology, only when I pressed him. He was very rude, like I was in the wrong for expecting to get what I ordered. I’very had poor service there before but now will never return to Stillwater location.

I ordered the cheeseburger pizza the other night with Pickles, and when I went to pick it up they had no pickles. That’s half the reason for having it is to have the pickles with it. When you order online you give them your phone number, if they’re out of something they should call and let you know so you can change your order.
