I tried to place an order yesterday but got denied my pizza. I ordered a half dairy free cheese – half chicken/regular cheese pizza. Got a phone call and was told they cannot make my pizza because it wasn’t legal? (something along the lines of that.) I tried to explain I was the one who had the dairy issue and I was not allergic but was cut off before I was able to finish my explanation. He said he didn’t know how I got my way around the menu but now he needs to contact his DM to fix the issue. At this point I mentioned I’ve ordered this same pizza several times prior at a different location, but he still said he would not make my order the way I ordered it. He offered to make a pizza with half dairy free cheese and the other half no cheese at all. I opted to cancel my order, which was done promptly.

Stopped in on 5/2/21 around 6:30pm to grab a family size pizza. It took them 18 minutes to make that pizza!! I was the only customer in the store. When I walked in they were all standing around doing nothing. Every other location takes maybe five minutes to make that pizza depending on how many customers are in there store. I will no longer be using this location just terrible customer service.
