I gave 3-stars for managements attention otherwise it really would have gotten 5-stars but the last two times it’s been troubling to get coupons honored at this location and the Darboy location. Seems a bit petty when a big company like this makes alot of money but then will make a stink about honoring their own coupons. I ordered 2-family style pizzas the bill was $43 and the coupon was for $4 off each pizza yet I went back and forth about applying the coupon. The kid was nice about it at the end but its just not good customer service to debate about coupons and leadership needs to realize this as eventually some customers will go else where.

It’s the best to get the pizza and then bake it in your own oven so you get your pizza fresh and it always tastes so good! This is my favorite way to have pizza and their pizzas are so big! They forgot to give us our cheesy bread, but they stayed open after they closed to give it to us so that was great customer service!

The pizza is good, but I don’t see the point of ordering 1 hour ahead using the online portal if I’m just going to have to wait anyway. I even arrived after my 6pm pickup time and I still had to wait in the store.

I ordered pizzas for our employees for lunch today. The thin crust and bread sticks cooked faster than the original crust so I had them start with that. I cooked them in the house and had to carry through the rain to the shop. Second pizza was cooked and upon entering the shop umbrella in tow…the pizza ended up face down on shop floor. I called a reorder in and when i arrived to pick it up i told them what had happened. They said this one is on us! Wonderful experience!

My BF had submitted a bad review last month because we ordered ahead and it was a 30 minute wait upon arrival. Because we like having our pizza fresh we have continued to order on $10 Tuesdays and the pizzas have been on time. My BF is currently operating on crutches and was very pleased tonight when one of the workers (a young lady) offered to take the pizzas to the car for him. He is very pleased with the service and we will continue to order from you.
