So maybe the girl at the counter was having a bad day, but the one of our pizzas were made with mushrooms and we asked for no mushrooms. She kindly made it again, but when she was done was like “Your pizzas are ready” and literally threw it on top of other orders that were ready. This is far from an exaggeration. We thanked her and left. Either way we stayed in a great mood and enjoyed our pizza.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for pickup, host confirmed order during check out, however both pizzas ended up being wrong, and due to my allergies could not eat either pizza. Usually love papa murphys but huge disappointment for the start of the year.

I experienced good customer service at Papa Murphy’s yesterday. I was the only customer at this location when I arrived. The cashier was very helpful with the menu, prices and serving sizes. Checkout was quick and my pizza was prepared with plenty of requested toppings and wrapped for me to take with me.

Ordered two pizzas online. The pizzas were ready within 20 mins which was nice. However, one pizza had black olives on it. I went through and picked what I wanted on the pizza as we have people who don’t Like black olives. So when I told the workers that they took the pizza behind the counter and picked off all the black olives. The pizza should’ve been remade as the black olives were sitting on the pizza for who knows how long and the juices are now soaked into the rest of the pizza. Would’ve appreciated it they would’ve just made a new pizza as I’m sure our guests will be able to taste the black olives now.
