This is one of my favorite pizza places, yes you have to cook it yourself but that does allow me a certain amount of control that most places don’t afford. I don’t like a pizza that is under cooked and by cooking it a little longer at 425 I can get my cheese as crispy as I like.

I have come here for years. Had ordered 4 items. 2 items weren’t given. Someone picked up the order for me. Called when I got home to ask for partial refund. Told me that they weren’t going to do that and that the only solution is for me to drive 25 minutes there and 25 minutes back again. I said that isn’t going to happen and he said that he “certainly won’t be giving a refund instead.” And that I can go to corporate. Ok….I might add this is the 2nd time in a row they’ve forgotten it. I was just closer when I realized it.

Wanted to order online with a code for their specials. Wouldn’t take the order. I called Hudson Papa Murphy’s location. They said the online system is down. Asked if I could come in to use this offer. He said no, you have to order on line. I said I can’t, you said system was down. He said we can’t use it then. I find it ironic that the system was down on a NFL football playoffs Sat. When alot of us would be ordering pizzas.

It’s a raw pizza that means it is not cooked. I was hungry and I wanted to eat pizza but I couldn’t eat because it was not cooked. So it’s not an instant food but the toppings are fresh and the taste feels like it’s home made after I heat it up in the oven.

Tried this place a few times a few years ago after first moving to Hudson. Love the concept but the atmosphere in the store was more like a high school hang out. Chatter, banter, gossip etc. Didn’t go back for a few years. Just tried it again and it was no better. I used to make pizzas at chain pizza place. I get it. It’s a job. But act like the teenagers you are when customers aren’t in the store. Very unprofessional.
