Although the website says they offer delivery, and all emails and texts about delivery come from Papa Murphy’s, they have a 3rd party do the delivery so when your order comes messed up, there is no way to get it fixed except to receive an in store credit. The store is completely incapable of telling you who did the delivery. Other questions that should be easy to answer in a small store, like “can you look and see if the missing items were left behind” are also unanswerable for this location. This is my first and last time ordering from here. Very poor phone skills and customer service.

Dave was a very shy person, I tipped him and gave him some cash. People are not nice, pretty much anymore. Employee’s that are, seriously awesome deserve more $$$. I would not recommend going here. Today i ordered a a 12 inch pepperoni, onion, jalapenos, and pineapple pizza. Wow shrinkflation hit papa Murphy’s. Literally 12 slices of jalapenos. Twelve! Hardly any pineapple or cheese. Now you charge as much as a cooked pizza, but uncooked. And hardly any toppings. Most certainly will not go back.

I ordered pizza through the app. They forced a tip on me without my knowledge. 30 minutes after I pick up my pizza, I open the email confirmation and there is a survey to tell then how they did. I clicked on it to let them know that I’m not happy they stole from me. The page opened up and says thanks but this survey is closed. 30 minutes after I pick up my pizza… I’m not even eating yet. What a joke.

Never had a problem till I wanted a thin crust pepperoni with 2 other toppings in the 12″, not available. It’s only available in large or family size. Had to buy the larger one for a single person, one meal. I didn’t want left overs.

The pizza is the best pizza ever! The manager Jessica is really nice and very helpful if you have questions. The staff is always very friendly. Like I said the pizza is amazing! I have to get the gluten free crust and it’s perfect. Not to crunchy, not to soft, it is by far the best gluten free pizza out there. I love it!

Got pizza today, awesome as usual!! I just need to commend Rachel. Shes a shift leader & she outstanding in her customer service skills. I wasnt getting the 40% coupon code to work on my phone while trying to order online. She made it possible to save me a ton of $$. I work retail myself so it’s good to know other retail workers appreciate their customers!

I used to love this place, but the quality has gone way down. The crust is literally paper thin, which is great if you’re trying to slim down but why are you eating pizza if you’re slimming down. Had to add more cheese and the sauce was as great as your first kiss. I only have two stars because I was nostalgia and thinking about the good old days when this place fulfilled my pizza fantasies.

Got a text for the special of the day, went online, ordered my pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Walked in when 15 minutes passed and it was ready. Everyone who works there are kind, courteous, and even opened the door for me. Papa Murphy’s is the best! No more frozen pizzas ever again!
