Don’t expect to have an amazing experience at this place. The lady taking my order was not friendly at all. DO NOT BUY THE CALZONES!!! They are mostly dough. We ordered the create your own and one was huge with barely anything inside and the other one was the size of a breadstick with almost no topping inside either. When we called to complain the lady who said she runs the place wasn’t willing to do anything about it and was rude to my mother on the phone. We will never order from there again. No thanks!!

Twice now I have ordered pizza online, the pizza was not ready, they didn’t even have my order So I had to reorder it this is twice now. The lady at the counter has been rude to me when I’ve came in there into the Grafton Wisconsin stor I used to live in saukville so I always purchase from saukville. Papa Murphy’s always friendly people behind the counter always enjoyed their job. The kids behind the counter at the grafton store making the pizzas just looked like robots, no smiles, no nothing. And I just can’t understand why the lady at the counter has been so rude twice now.

Decided to give this location a visit after they reopened. I was underwhelmed but gave it one more try yesterday. The staff is sooo unfriendly. The woman who took my order acted like I was bothering her. The employees build your pizza so slowly I needed a shave by the time they were done. Take a look at the pizza they gave me (see photo). Toppings were so sparse that there was bare crust! When they were closed I went to the West Bend location which was much better. I won’t be back to the Grafton store.

Got the order wrong (wrong crust), I asked the size in diameter, and got a sarcastic answer, and this tipping request thing? Kidding, right? There’s no actual service to tip for. Bare minimum to make a pizza for take and bake. Pizza isn’t bad, nothing to write home about. Many options in town, probably won’t be back. Sad because we used to love this place.

Placed an order online at 3:30 pm for 5 pm pick up. At 6 pm it was still not ready. Employee said walk ins go ahead of online orders. Huh? I’m sorry. That’s not the right answer even if true. Will never order from this location again. What’s the point of ordering in advance??? And this is another reason to never tip in advance.

Not friendly and forgot zucchini on our veggie pizza. Train your employees or lose customers. Seems fair to me. The closed promptly at 6pm so could not even get their mistake corrected. I will be in touch with a manager soon.

Chery was the name on the reciept Lady with the tattoos was making rude looks as I said I was looking at the menu. She talked to me in a very demeaning manor. I don’t know how they have any customers that return to this location. I’m never coming back.

Came in last week to get a pizza. One of the people in the store was in the back stating how they were drunk. I believe the owner was there and didn’t do anything. Bad business made me and other customers in the store very uncomfortable. Would not go back to this location.
