Ordered a pizza and cheese bread last night. The pizza didn’t have any pizza sauce on it. At all. Didn’t watch them make it as we did it online. Just grabbed it and went. Got home and went to throw it in and when cutting realized there’s no sauce on it at all. They were closed by the time we drove home. The pizza wasn’t bad however. We just dipped it in marinara sauce we had in a jar. But yeah. Thought that’s a little odd. A pizza with no sauce.

Good product, poor service. Too many children working here. Don’t care about the service they provide. Stopped making my pizza to wait on 3 people at register. Very slow. All toppings piled up in the middle. Phone rang and went un answered.

I’m disappointed they weren’t offering the taco pizza even though their website said it’s available through 5/28/23. Apparently, they ran out of the salsa that it comes with. I did try to call first before driving across town to get a pizza, but their phone is “temporarily” disconnected. I thought a salad would be good to go with the pizza I wound up ordering, but no salads were available either! Now I know why the parking lot was empty!

Lot is very small and congested. Ppl park diagonal and vertical behind, you can easily be hit. The pawn shop next door seems to be overly busy. When I was there two lge pickups were BOTH taking up TWO spaces each. It was icy and snowy and slippery. I have 2 bad knees and a cane and they don’t have boxes and I took a bag but half of pizza slid to one side. I got a pizza box from pizza hut and will use it next time — PAPA MURPHYS HAS THE BEST PIZZA IN MASON CITY IA. PRICE IS SO REASONABLE AND VERY GOOD SERVICE. SORRY ABOUT THE NEGATIVE! JUST FYI.

I love Papa Murphy’s and have had good experiences in the past here. Yesterday I came in and wanted to order the medium two topping for 6.99 which I have gotten there twice before and their APP and text specials and was told they didn’t honor that there (last week they did) and it would be 13 plus topping.. I left I hope they get this sorted out or I won’t be back

Pizza was ready and tasted great. Only a delay with assistance paying and picking up. They guys working, were working but they could have used a 4th person. Our labor pool isn’t very deep so no complaining about they should have had more employees working besides being $10 Tues nite. Usually it is busy but I did select a inopportune time. They don’t disappoint for a great $10 pizza.

Ok as far as the food it was good. Service not so much. Lack of organization and the sheer ineptitude of one of the employees that seemed to think that yellow dishwashing gloves were ok to make a pizza after doing who knows what in the back. I will be avoiding this particular store for some time.

I always have a great experience at your Mason City, Iowa location. Dan, the manager, is always upbeat, friendly, and professional. Last night my experience was again positive as usual. I didn’t realize they closed at 9 and came in right before closing time. I felt terrible and wasn’t going to order due to how close it was to closing time. Ryan assured me that it was absolutely not an issue. He said “We are open until 9! Please go ahead and order! That’s what I am here for.” He was so positive and happy to make my pizza. I was so impressed with his superior customer service skills! Five out of Five Stars to Dan and Ryan!
