Great experience ordering online. I went inside and was greeted by three people. Salads and cookie dough were stocked perfectly. Everyone was energetic and ready to assist. They even told me about the curbside to go. I had a sleeping toddler so that would’ve been perfect. Even so, they walked the pizzas out to my vehicle. Great place to get food!

Ordered a few pizzas tonight. Got there waited 25 mins in the lobby (when the restaurant was dead) not a single other customer came while I was there. No one greeted me. They didn’t notice I was there until my 3 year old got impatient and loud. Went to the disgusting restroom while I waited. Watching my order sit on the to go cart I might add the entire time I was there. I was completely off put from ever returning to this location. I’ve been eating papa murphys for over 10 years. This is the dirtiest location I have ever been in. Highly recommend someone from corporate office step into this store.

First off it’s not $10 Tuesday (even though the big sign on the window still says $10) the new price that they don’t tell you is $10.99. OMG eating the pizza I bought from Papa Murphy’s was the worst experience I’ve ever had with pizza. It gave me food poisoning because barely an hour after I ate the pizza I was rushing to the bathroom and it was coming out of both ends at the same time. I’ve never felt so bad. I’ve tried calling the Smyrna store I got the pizza from and no one will answer. I’ve called 6 times and I get nothing. I guess I have to go out of my way and take the pizza and the video of me puking and shitting at the same time to the store, show the manager to get my money back.

11/29/2022 On a Tuesday special for $10 this papa Murphy is closed at 4:20 pm. They turned us away cause we didn’t have a existing order. There was no customer in store, nor would they let us place an order. The lady there very rude.very disappointed! I wouldn’t advise anyone coming to sam ridley for a Papa Murphy’s pizza again. We didn’t get nothing but a bad taste in our mouth cause we couldn’t get anything to eat!!!!!

How is it this is a pizza place yet for the 3rd week in a row we have been unable to get pizza as we are told they are out of dough. I absolutely love pizza and was hooked after day 1 of trying them. I have eaten from there at least once a week. Never had any issues until now all of a sudden there is NEVER any dough and its not even close to closing time i usually go 2:30-3:00. I’ll just start going to Marcos. They always have dough.

Waste of money for Smyrna, TN and it’s usually really good. Ordered at 4:36, went in at 5:30. Pizza wasn’t done, girl gave me an attitude. I ordered bread sticks and a salad. They didn’t have either. So, I got a 40 dollar pizza which I’m positive I will not get a refund for my bread sticks and salad. So disappointed!

Pre-order my pizza 2 1/2 hours a head of my requested pick-up time. Arrived to find my order incomplete. I asked about the Cinnamon Wheel i ordered and was told they were out and because the phones didn’t work they couldn’t tell me. In replace of it they offered a 2 liter of soda, i told her we don’t drink soda, then all of a sudden like magic there was Cinnamon Wheels available. ♂️
