I was so sorry to see that my location in Hendersonville Tn had moved to Goodlettsville, but made the trip for a pizza. They no longer make salads fresh, they were boxed and the clerk assured me they were fresh. I could not see one ingredient on the counter it was all stainless steel and everything was covered. Finally got two box salads and I was given two salad dressings to cover both large boxes. I explained to him that was not enough dressing for the salads and he told me that he was not allowed to give anymore , but he would make an exception , but you could tell he was not pleased. I ordered my pizza and when I got home it was not the pizza I usually order but it wasn’t an option on the board to get a thin or medium crust and he did not ask me what crust I wanted. When I got home my husband informed me that we get thin crust so I did not like the pizza he gave me. He was talking a lot about how great they were doing sales wise in their new location although there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant and wasn’t explaining a lot about the pizza. I used to love Papa Murphy’s but this was a whole new experience without the fresh salad . My final part of this review is we got home and opened up the salad boxes , and most of it, 3/4 of it, was ruined and slick and gooey and old! It wasn’t even the fresh date! We threw most of it away, we had to add our own ingredients to even get through the small part we could eat.

Ordered a stuffed pizza online. Well there were barely any toppings in it and barely any sauce. It was basically just bread. I would expect this out of a place like little Caesars but definitely not papa Murphys. 20 dollars for one pizza i expect it to be good. Was not. Very disappointed.

Whoever owns this place doesn’t take pride in what they have. I am not going to blame the employees because it is past that. If you can’t find people to work when your signs says open then you are either not treating them right or not paying them a competitive wage. We live 3 mins from this store and have to drive to the Hendersonville store because this store is not open half the time and they never answer phone when they are open. If your going to invest money in a business, how about taking a little pride in your business and fix it!

Ordered two pizzas online. Expected to be ready in 25 minutes. We show up and had to wait another 20 minutes for our pizzas. Got them home and there was so much oil it set our oven on fire! Contacted Papa Murphy’s but no one ever responded. Other locations are great, this one is struggling. Nasty young girl who worked there as well with nasty attitude.

First I’d like to say that I love our local Papa Murphy’s; my family orders from them at least 2-3 times per month. The food is always great and the employees are very friendly and seem to do their jobs well, but my only complaint is when I went in yesterday, a young man that has been working there for awhile who has thick, long hair past his shoulders did not have his hair restrained.

I placed an order last week, a vegetarian pizza family size, and they made me wait out in my car due to COVID-19 and when I got home to cook pizza I found that they had added chicken to my order. I’m a vegetarian so I called manager and he would not refund my cc but told me I could get family two family size pizzas to correct the problem. I live two hours from the place but I went ahead and went that day the workers didn’t believe what manager said and argued with me but said they would make pizza’s anyway. They only gave Large and I took them home and froze until today and discovered, yes you guessed it, chicken again. I don’t understand what is their infatuation with chicken. Please don’t go to this store. I know I will never go there again. After two times and over 4 hours of driving still didn’t get it right

I hate to give a bad review such as this, but I really hope this company will take this and try and fix the issues. I ordered my pizza 1.5 hours in advance and I ordered the Chicken Garlic Pizza(which I order almost once a week), but the employee on the phone took like 10 mins trying to find the pizza. He told me it wasn’t in the computer, but I asked him to look on their sign menu in the store, and he will find it. He wouldn’t listen and tried to find in the computer, and he was having all kind of problems. He also didn’t know the difference between green onions and mixed onions. SMH! And so I got there 1.5 hrs later, and there were only 2 employees I could see. One at the register (on his phone) and the other making pizzas. So the social distancing store sign said only 4 people allowed at a time, but I could see like 5-6 customers in there. I waited 30 mins outside and line was not moving and people were walking out angry because they had to wait 15-30 mins without anyone greeting them. First of all, during these social distancing times, you need a better plan of online ordering or take out. This is ridiculous when you can’t even manage your own store policies and allow all these people without masks or gloves walking in. I walked away and like 15 mins later, I get a voicemail from them stating they ran out of Family size crust or something like that. I just tuned the voicemail out since I am not returning anymore. I think management has changed or something, because they used to be really good and very efficient, but it’s not the same anymore. And you gotta have more than 2 people working on a Saturday night. Also, during the shelter in place, think about having curbside service, too. Another customer waiting outside with me, we both ordered ahead of time and just needed to pick up and pay, that’s it. She was not too happy, either. 🙁
