I do not find their quality to be as good compared to the Algonquin location. This location is careless and lacks the traditional Papa John’s flavor. Needs a complete assessment and figure out why customers are getting their pizza in such shape.

Super disappointed at this Papa John’s Pizza location. I called in to place an order at 9:19 pm, was told my pizza will be delivered within 26 to 36 min. I waited until 9:53 and gave them a call to check on the delivery status, they kept rejecting my calls for 7 minutes until the place closed at 10 pm and I never had my pizza delivered. Very unprofessional service. For sure they just lost a regular client.

We have been ordering from here for years. However, we won’t be getting food here anymore. Placed an order online at 5PM and went to pick up at 6:15 still not ready. I understood waiting a little while as they were swamped. Only one employee was wearing a mask. The other two (that were making the pizza) no mask and going from register straight back to dough without washing hands/no gloves. I canceled my order and left. They were helpful with the cancellation. But I’m not willing to risk my family’s health for pizza.

Ordered delivery today around 3pm and it was fast, fresh, and delicious. My fiancé and I warmed up the rest around 9pm and it was still just as yummy! Best papa johns experience I’ve ever had!

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:30pm today, 1/7/2022. I was notified that the pizza would be about 60 minutes. I was also provided a tracking link. After 90 minutes, the link showed the pizza had been picked-up by Door Dash. The Door Dash delivery person actually delivered the pizza at 8:14pm. It took him over an hour to deliver a pizza two miles away. Obviously, the pizza was ice cold. It’s 5° here tonight. To make matters worse, the store would not answer the phone. They kept disconnecting my calls. The delivery person wouldn’t answer my call either. Needless to say, my husband and I went downstairs and made a sandwich for dinner. Of course, after we ate the sandwiches, the pizza was finally delivered almost 3 hours after I ordered it This store is an embarrassment, and I will never order from Papa Johns again.

I was there yesterday to pick up an order. The girl at the counter was very quick friendly and was quick and happy to help me. She even made sure I had all my extra sauces without me asking which can be easily forgotten. I know it sounds dumb, but simple, friendly service goes a long way with me.
