Took WELL over an hour for delivery. Even though it was CLEARLY noted on the tickets on the boxes, sauces were not included. Called & reported, but nothing was done to fix the situation. Love the pizza but will never get from this location again.

Pendleton location SUCKS!!! Their foods ok.. Service is Horrible! They almost always forget any extras you ordered…the younger guy who works the cash register, loves his Gum more than his job! My opinion! Delivery drivers are always SUPER Friendly tho!!! I suggest Delivery not take out!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I always have the worst experience every time I give this location a chance. More than 2 hour wait times for delivery. The pizza has been delivered cold more than once. The staff that answers the phone, IF it’s answered, is argumentative and rude. The pizza is sloppy and sometimes doesn’t have all of the ingredients ordered. I will never order from this Papa John’s again. Do yourself a favor and just order from Pizza King!
