I have attempted to order from her twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time I understood the long wait. This time I spoke to a guy. Apparently they had to put source to door dash drivers. He said the driver would be there in 3 minutes. I called almost an hour later. He said the door dash thing said they dropped it off. I told him I never got it. He then told me he could remake it but it would take an extra 2 hours

Papa John’s messed up one of my pizzas and when I returned the pizza to them; they said they’d give a refund. I never received a refund and went to the store again. The manager said to contact corporate, who in turn said they couldn’t give a refund due to so much time passing.

They were very nice when it came to replacing my pizza when there was a very minor issue and they always have good deals if you know the coupon code. I’ve never been a fan of their bread as it doesn’t stay hot long enough and it sucks they charge you for parmesan and red pepper packets as other pizza joints offer those as complimentary. Still, they remain consistent in what they do and rarely have I had a negative experience in all the years I ordered from them.

Good enough standard corporate pizza…you get what you expect if you’ve ordered before. Consistency isn’t a bad thing, but it isn’t going to overwhelm you with the wow. Even the new stuffed crust pizza is ok-good it isn’t great…the cheese in the crust is barely melted otherwise the pizz is fine.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. 2 days ago I ordered food that was both incorrect and cold. I called immediately and they acted like it was an inconvenient thing to deal because they were closing soon. I waited 1hr and a half for my food, so sorry I had to call 30 minutes before closing. On top of the fact I didnt even get the pizza I ordered, I fail to see how they were inconvenienced. Finally just offered to throw on a quality guarantee for next order, because that would be easiest for them. So I call them up to check on that and they tell me it doesnt exist on my account. They have repeatedly put me on hold and have hung up on me several times after they ask me to explain the situation and then they ask me to wait one more second. Terrible customer service and terrible food quality all over a medium pizza and an order of jalapeno poppers.
