First time ordering as I just moved to Kennewick. Ordered online. Selected extra sauce and baked well done. Breadsticks and pop were fine. This is how the pizza arrived. I’ll not order from this location again. Also completed the emailed survey from Papa Johns. Why even give the option to the customer if the customer’s wishes will be disregarded?

Love the new Kennewick location. Great Pizza. Quick delivery. Always have fantastic pizza specials to save you money. This is a pizza place that cares about its customers. Our family has always really enjoyed Papa John’s pizza. I also like to ad the occasional Buffalo chicken wings with our pizza order, my kids really seem to like them too. Our preference is the thin crust.

I love Papa John’s, this isn’t a diss against the company as a whole. Just this particular store. I ordered nearly $100 worth of pizza for my family. I watched the tracker to see when it would be here, which went the longest way possible to get here and even went 7 blocks in the wrong way before landing at my step (this was after it started tracking after they dropped off the other order for someone else) when the pizza got here, not only was it ice cold, only half of it was cut and even for someone who like cole pizza it was barely edible. I love Papa John’s, I worked there as a teenager and it’s all I order for my son and I. But this was an absolute disappointment. When I called, someone answered and said he was a manager and offered a refund. Then transferred me to a lady who offered two free pizzas on my next order from their store (which I won’t return to).

Every time we order for pickup at this location it’s always a wait. The pizza tracker shows your pizza is ready, we show up and the order is not ready, not even close to ready. Tonight I waited awhile after it showed my order was ready, showed up and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to finish the order.

They say open until 10pm for delivery but just call and cancel your order after they close their carryout hours of 9:30. They also don’t accept cash as an option of order for delivery so don’t even consider it unless you have a card to use. Both of those are major inconveniences they have no intention of fixing. I love their food, but don’t lie about what hours you deliver because of laziness and exclude people from paying with CASH money. Extremely disappointed in them.

I just ordered a large pizza, papadias and dessert from this location. We tipped the twice and found our order was wrong. Called and talked to manager. He wouldn’t fix order as he said we ordered pepperoni pizza not papadias. Asked him to make it right and he said next order we could have a pizza. We are from out of town. Asked him again, he argued with me that I didn’t order that. His employee made the mistake not me as I had a witness to that. I even said I would pay the difference. He still didn’t work either me. I got upset and he put me on hold and would never answer when I called back. Don’t go there. We will not again!!!!! Horrible customer service! I was not trying to get anything free, just correct.
