Based on my experiences here, the pizza has consistently been pretty good overall. The ingredients have seemed fresh. Customer service is just average. Parking lot and area is sort of “trashy.” Would recommend this place to pick up from only.

My husband and I ordered two medium pizzas tonight for delivery and the picture I posted is how one of them arrived. I called to explain the condition of my pizza to the manager.. I can’t tell if water spilt in it or what the liquid is but half of the pizza is completely soggy and like I said.. I don’t know what split on it. I was told I could get a new pizza for free but I’d have to go pick it up.. I declined the offer because I’m not going out tonight which is why we placed an order for delivery. Im extremely disappointed with the customer service and pretty annoyed that I paid for a pizza we cannot eat. Take care of your customers the way you would want to be cared for.. it’s that simple.

EDIT: The restaurant has talked to me and gave me a refund for the order. They have checked the oven temperatures and did more training on them. So I changed my stars rating.

Ordered around 10 pizzas for my son’s birthday, put the order in online in advance so they had notice for such a large order. I specifically chose 12:45 as the pickup time. I double and triple checked this before I submitted as we were working around other scheduled pickups. Well, they made my order at 10:30, ready by 11, about 2 hours before it was needed bc “it came across the screen at 10:30” yes, I submitted it, but a schedule ahead time which was missed or ignored. I was offered only one solution which was my order remade, but I would have to pay another 50% of what I already paid, for their mistake. Was told GM and/or owner would reach out to me as they were unavailable and provided my information. Well, I never got a call at all from anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and will not order again. Spend your money and effort somewhere else locally.

Never had their pizza so i figured i would give them a try. Big mistake was told 10-24 min waited for a hour ☹️ then when it arrived it was burnt i even gave a tip of %25 when i ordered. 1 star is generous after the excuses given when i call 2 times.

Placed an online order. Waited and hour and checked the status. It said it was delivered so I went to check outside. Well nothing was there. So I called and they told me they sent it out with a door dash driver and it was marked delivered. I did not receive my pizza and they couldn’t tell me how long it would be to redo my order and send it out. Then I asked if I could just get my money back and he said yes and hung up on me….. Rude as Hell…. I normally don’t give bad reviews but this is the second time there services sucks. Will not be ordering from Papa Johns ever again!!
