I gave more than one star because the employees were kind and the manager Marcus was nice. I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks. The two pizzas were doughy on the bottom. They looked done on the top so I felt it was just a mistake and let them make them again without any fuss. The second time the nice worker made sure to check but I guess he only checked one because my second one doughy. I think it’s time for a new stove!

Sinn is a TERRIBLE MANAGER!! The guy blames customers for them not having the full order on the counter for take out!!! My wife has ordered from there before and no problems when i went to pick it up…..Since this new manager Sinn, I went in to pick up another order and they forgot an item. When I called to inform them, Sinn, the manager told me it was my fault and he woukd charge me a delivery fee if I wanted them to deliver it!!! REALLY?? All I wanted was for them to make note that they owed me an item for future order! Never mind that I went to pick it up and GAVE A $10 tip!!! Seriously?? Management messes it up for hard working ppl these days.

If you’re going to stop taking carry out orders 45 minutes before you close and only offer delivery, then delivery should be free for those last 45 minutes. I’m sick of you not allowing me to order when there’s more than enough time for you to make the pizza and me to come get it. You don’t lock the doors 45 minutes before you close so it’s not a matter of closing the lobby to clean. There’s absolutely no reason why I shouldn’t be able to come pick up 1 pizza.

AVOID ON FRIDAY!!! Pizza was WAY under cooked, doughy, and took an hour. App said the pizza was ready but when I got there, paid and TIPPED (!!!), I was told it would be another 25 minutes. Not a single food handler in the store was wearing gloves. Second time this has happened so it’s the last time we will patronize this store.

I just got off the phone with the manager from here her name was aloren and she is absolutely the most kindness helpful person with our order very patient as we’re were having troubles ordering online….most places are always so rude but she is just amazing and our food on point…..makes me wanna keep going there for our pizzas…

It’s normally good but I ordered 3 pizzas and one was still raw and doughy underneath… first pic is the raw one. Never gonna eat here again and I was a loyal customer

I couldn’t give this a lower rating. I walked in to place an order and the music was blaring so loud I couldn’t hear the person trying to help me. I found out the staff didn’t know any specials and I’d have to order online.

I got an email saying my order was ready but was told it would be another 25 minutes when I got there. No apologies, just comments that they only had one working oven and the app wasn’t very accurate. Also didn’t have the type of soda I ordered. No notification or anything. Pizzas were not very flavorful.

cheese sticks came with only half cheese. nice job guys. I’ll make sure to pay only half next time… make sure you open your pizza boxes in front of staff. really disappointed on my order once i got home.
