Ordered a pizza @ 8pm for a 930pm delivery. At 945pm I was still waiting. Had called multiple times previous looking for my food. Asked for a discount because they didn’t deliver it due to their printer not working. Just send it out without a sticker. They even claimed it wasn’t their fault. It was their fault cuz it was on their end. That’s how a business works I only have a 20 minute lunch. Doesn’t matter im probably getting blacklisted for swearing at them. Still, worst customer service/problem solving skills ever!

We generally always have had a great experience. We order from this location multiple times. The service is usually pretty good and fast. Lately it’s hit or miss. Sometimes the employees are amazing and other times they seem rushed. I understand because I also work in Customer Service. Not everyday is going to be the best. However, Friday night October 15th. An older man driving a blue Toyota Tacoma truck almost ran us off the road and caused a very big accident in Maple Valley. I couldn’t believe it!! My fiancé told me to contact the store right away. I spoke to the manager on shift who was very nice and said he just started which was no excuse. Since then I’ve ordered again from there but really didn’t want to give them business after this 🙁 it’s disappointing because it’s very close to our house!

I usually do pickup here but today for some reason at 9:25pm I placed a order by phone for delivery and everything seemed normal until its 10:30pm and were wondering “Wheres the pizza man?” Welp turns out he never came. We called them multiple times at 10:30 and no one picked up. We drove there to see what the hell was up and the place was lights off. So all in all they completely ignored our order and and instead we went to Farreli’s instead. Super dissapointed never doing delivery ever again.

Usually this is a decent location and we’ve never had issues until recently when they’ve started using doordash to deliver instead or I guess I’m conjunction with their own crew. We’ve had odd delivery issues and now we’re missing an order item. If this keeps up, were likely to stop using this place.

Worst customer service experience: Placed an order online and received confirmation. After order did not arrive, I called, listened to lengthy prerecorded prompts, and then phone rang with no answer. This happened a few times with same result, so I checked my email where a notification was about the order being canceled with no explanation. Patronizing this store is a waste of time.
