Having ordered more than four times, the majority of orders were delivered properly, on time and delicious. However, after my last order, I specifically asked and paid for a few of the side condiments. They were not properly delivered with the pizza, which I discussed with the driver and he initially responded that he would chastise the workers at the location to improve next time, but made no clear intention to resolve the issue. I discussed it with him and ensured he was returning with the deficient part of the order. I also called the store to let them know the order issue. I would have rated a five had this been the end, based on consistent good service. However, after specifically discussing with both the delivery driver and the store, the condiments were still incorrect. Having been a pizza delivery driver before, I feel this is deficient enough to drop the rating to a three star due to lack of care over consistent service. I did call the store back, but told them no need to further waste the drivers gas.

I’ve ordered delivery twice and have been disappointed both times. Ordered Diet Mountain Dew and extra-original pizza sauce both times and both times received regular Mountain Dew and the pizza has no sauce, just a really thick layer of cheese and pepperoni on bread. I only eat Papa John’s because I love their sauce, but I will not order from this store again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza from this place tonight. I opened the seal and found my pizza to be completely destroyed. There was no cheese and my toppings were smeared to the top of the box lid. My experience was far from satisfactory.
