I have ordered 3 16$ pizza which comes with two topping each and I request them to put four topping in one pizza and one topping in two pizza.. he refused and charge extra for toppings, I wish it can be managed easily, how do you expect customers to visit again if the service didn’t meet what customer expected.thanks

The owner/manager is an absolute thief. I ordered two pizza’s for a birthday party for my stepson to be delivered to SCP paintball park over the phone and told him that I would not be available to receive them or be called since we were going to be playing paintball. I instructed him to have his driver leave the pizza’s at the equipment rental by checkin to the paintball park. I asked if he could add a $7 tip to my credit card for the driver since I won’t be there to give him cash when he drops off the pizzas. After 1.5 hours of no pizza I go back to my car to see that I missed several calls by door dash. He outsourced the delivery to door dash and told them to call me when they get there. He also didn’t tip the driver my $7 tip and STOLE the money which is highly immoral and illegal. The driver obviously couldn’t reach me so left with my pizzas. The owner/manager said he would have door dash refund me even though I paid them directly. I have never received a refund and had to drive and pick up the 2 pizzas AND PAY FOR THEM A SECOND TIME. I am now out $47 + $33 for the two $15 pizzas which were in addition made incredibly poorly. Avoid this store at all costs. It doesn’t look or taste like Papa John’s and the owner/manager is an immoral thief. Absolute garbage.

The food was delivered on time and hot. It was good, except they don’t give enough dipping sauce: 1 ounce for the Chicken Poppers ($9.99) and est. 1.5 ounces of marinara the Cheesesticks (8.99). There should be an option to add more sauces or charge more. Nobody likes eating dry food. My total order was $27.70, with tips and fees.

I don’t know why they make their sauce so sweet. The amount of sugar they put in their sauce is abhorring. It does not even taste like tomato at that point. I used to love papa john’s pizza, used to have it every other day when I was at Palo-Alto, and Mountain view. Not anymore! This location food made me hate papa john. Note that this was not a one time experience, I ordered 3 times, before deciding to never order from here. Too bad I moved to south san jose 🙁

This place keeps getting worse and worse. So slow. They dont even give you cheese and pepper unless you ask. Whether you’re ordering a small or an extra large pizza, they only give you 1 garlic dip.

One of the worst experience I had here at the store. I ordered for 5 toppings large pizza. Chicken, green peppers, olives, mushrooms and onions. When I checked the pizza at store, i found only 2 pieces of green peppers, 3 pieces of onions and no mushrooms at all. It had olives and chicken. When I asked the guy (just one was there) he showed me that small piece of onion, and rudely said they will put what ever is in the order. Since I had already paid for the pizza before checking it, I took it home. I thought there will be some buried pieces of missing vegetables, but me and my wife could not find one. Very horrible experience. I would not recommend this place.
