Hi, this evening I placed an order for cheese sticks. I placed the order on doordash, however when it arrived, it was overcooked, burnt and had very little cheese. As I knew this was a direct quality issue with the way in which it was prepared, and NOT a doordash problem, I got out of bed, got dressed and went directly to the store. I entered to find a young man working and I KINDLY explained the issue with the food and simply requested a new order be made as a replacement. I was immediately met with hostility and accusations which caught me completely off guard. I have NEVER , in my nearly 40 years of life, had a restaurant to tell me ‘no’ when there is a quality issue on its behalf. This young man literally told me to my face that he would not make another order. A few other customers entered the location during our exchange and even they agreed that the quality of my order was sub par. I did not ask for any extra items, I even offered to wait while he completed the other orders that were incoming, yet still, he told me no. I asked to speak with a manager and he said I have to come back tomorrow. I asked for his name and he said it was Sam, though he did not have on a name tag to verify that this was in fact his name. I find it very concerning that this kid had such poor customer service for a patron of this restaurant. A restaurant whose website specifically guarantees quality. I have ordered these very cheese sticks a multitude of times (on Doordash) and they are always hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. However tonight, the employee failed to produce a good quality product and had the audacity to blame it on the dasher. Unless the dasher was the one who cooked this terrible dish, then he is not responsible, thus my reasoning for going directly to the store myself. I am less than satisfied with the absolute atrocious experience I endured tonight. It’s the simple principle of the matter, accompanied by the mere lack of professionalism and respect I encountered tonight that has led me to spending my evening writing this complaint rather than enjoying cheese bread.

I was highly disappointed in the pizza. It was definitely not worth the price. As we ate our food my husband and daughter were in agreement that we could have got better pizza for less at Domino’s or Little Caesars. I don’t think we’ll be back

The cheese stuffed crust here is absolutely amazing. They are always super kind there and I’ve always had a great experience. Pizza was ready in 10 min and cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

FYI: The coupons you receive in the mail from Papa Johns will not be taken! I was told by there customer service after being hung up on and calling back it’s only for “online ordering” !! It doesn’t say that no where on THERE COUPONS it’s the new racket…not all people have online abilities like a lot of Seniors… (I’m going to Dominos Pizza at least they honor their coupons )

Sooo..I go often to pick up. Today I ordered the new Shackaroni special..a good bargain. I ordered another pizza as well. The special had a lot less meat than on any advertisement, maybe half as much. Both pizzas were a bit undercooked! $60 later for two pizzas…at least the driver was great!!! The pizza was a little late..but…I do like the flavors.

Took almost 40 minutes to get my pizza. The crust was burnt but the bottom was very doughy. Couldn’t finish it. The garlic knots were good and soft. Overall for the price it wasn’t very good. There was also only 1 guy working which seems like bad management because we had to wait a lot longer than really desired.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza for delivery. It was delivered undercooked, the dough was crispy on the bottom but very gooey under the toppings. It was really disgusting, not edible at all. I called to let them know. The manager told me it was undercooked because i left the box checked for a regular cook. I should have requested that they cook the pizza longer. I let him know that I wasn’t aware that they served it raw unless otherwise specified! They did not offer any solution at all!! So, I went online and made a formal complaint through their website. I never heard back from them!!!
