I got a text that my food was ready when I went in they only had one pizza out of two and no wings. But let’s get to the chase. They do not wash your hands here. I watch them handle, money, the phone and the computer and went straight back to touching the food. The delivery drivers come in off the street and go straight back to handling food without washing our hands. This place is totally gross and they totally lied to me about my pizzas not being ready, they said that they made it but it mysteriously disappeared. Then they said they were going to make it and forgot again so by the time my second pizza was ready all the rest of my food was cold. The manager told me well at least one of the pizzas is hot , really what a sad excuse for a manager they need to clear out this entire store get these people training and replace them all none of them have proper work ethics washing your hands at a restaurant is mandatory or people will get sick and I am not going to be one of them. I will never come back to this location . Oh and heck yeah I asked for a refund and got it.

I ordered a ham pizza was spoiled so bad taste no good, I took and returned it, and I asked for winds instead, and an employee was arguing with me and refused to give me something else, finally I paid $ 8 more for 12 winds so the total was $18 for disgusting food. I got the winds and they tasted so bad as well too much grease and they were cooked in dip fry dirty oil, instead of the oven, horrible!; it’s really bad quality and unprofessional employees rude they don’t know how to handle customer service. Definitely I don’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible service, i called to place an order of 200+ $ , when i was ordering for take out. I asked the gentleman that answered to give me a quick sec cause i wanted to make sure order was correct and nothing else needed to be ordered, as soon as i said give me a sec they hung up on me. This shows the customer service quality thisnstore has.

I had such a great experience from ordering delivery yesterday (On a busy Saturday night) John the GM personally called me to clarify something on my order and was very friendly and forth coming. And Sian the delivery girl was super sweet and efficient. The food was great and still hot. (I ordered the works pizza and the honey chicken poppers) I will definately be ordering from this store again. Thanks for the great service and keep up the great work!

This is a small location. Just a quick pickup type of location. It’s papa Johns so if you haven’t experienced their pizza yet just do it. It’s pretty darn good. I’ve been this location multiple time (10+ times) and have never had a bad pizza. Highly recommend this location. Just order ahead of time. You don’t want to. Be waiting in their small store for your pizza.
