Ordered two pizza pies and a salad today. When I went to pick up my order they had the pizza ready and said they would be right back with the salad and walked to the back. I waited for easily 5 min while they went to the back, I figured that they were making my salad fresh in the back and waited for it. They handed me a black bowl with a ranch packet on top and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized it wasn’t a freshly made salad, it was a prepackaged salad and it was 6 days past the expiration date. Everyone knows Papa John’s has fallen off the last few years and their prices are way too high for the quality and amount of food they are providing…. But selling week old expired food is the final straw. Never going back

The pizza was good but only if you get it with light sauce because then it comes too wet. Toppings are always generous. Although they are always out of the two liter soda I order so I end of having to pick a different one. The people are friendly everytime I go in.

Bad customer service. And they gave my order to wrong person and they were just ignore the issue. They have responsibility to makesure to to give it to right person .but the manager been rude and not responsible , this food was send to covid sick home. We were very upset. Very bad. Fantastic service to the hotel! Brought paper plates and napkins (requested) . Very courteous and prompt delivery! She got an extra tip over the online one for doing a great job! Everything was hot and in good order !

I asked for a few jalapenos and they wouldn’t give them to me. Wanted to charge me $1.26 for 3 or 4 little slices as a side. I’m not looking for free stuff, I even offer 50cents. She was very strong in telling me they are $1.26. Really small issue but it’s things like this that really piss me off how customer service just does not matter. I’ll take my business to Pizza Guys. They appreciate their customers.

Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with light sauce. When I got there to pick it up I found it was made with Alfredo sauce which we did not want. The counter guy was cool and offered to remake but when he called it back a guy named Fern came up and started arguing with me, saying we had ordered white sauce; seems he was the one who took the order. I did not order ‘white sauce’ and if I had wanted Alfredo I would have ordered it by name. This guy got so bent so quickly that I didn’t trust him to remake my food without spitting on it or worse so I left. I have worked as both a cook and a manager so I get restaurant pressure, but have never had such poor service or received treatment such as this. There are too many places to get pizza from to accept this level of ‘service.’ Pathetic, don’t bother
