I ordered one pizza online for carry out. When I got there the door was locked, the employee at the front counter saw but stayed on his cellphone. I was finally let in by another employee. Given, this was close to closing, I ordered my pizza about 40 minutes before closing. When I arrived, I was told it will still be a wait. I was then given an open pizza box with this inside. The sauce cups were visibly slammed into pizza with indents. The bread was paper thin. I overheard the worker say “they order 5 minutes before closing, they get what they get”. Treatment and the food here was very bad. I can understand frustration, but to send something out like this speaks very low levels and standards on behalf of the restaurant.

I don’t appreciate being lied to. Came here to pick up a door dash order they said oh somebody already picked it up. I cancel the order on my end. 20 minutes later I get a delivery here. It’s the exact same name that I canceled. On top of that, the customer asks where his food is because he’s been waiting a while. Basically, instead of telling me they forgot to put the order in the system from the tablet, they lied and said somebody picked it up already.

I just ordered the xl New York style cheese pizza for my nieces.. This New York style pizza is a joke.. The slices are the same size as ordering a regular pizza.. when I got the pizza I was disappointed.. it barely had any sauce on it and was dry not to mention that I wished I just ordered a regular one because basically the same.. Wheni call to talk to someone he basically told me you ordered a cheese pizza right.. I said yeah , but there was barely sauce on it.. Well I don’t know what to tell you as your order was right and don’t know what to tell you.. I’m sorry I am in customer service myself and there was no concern about how can I help , so I just hung up..when you order a cheese pizza there should be more sauce on it otherwise it’s just cheese bread and that’s not what I ordered and if someone is dissatisfied don’t tell them well I don’t know what we can do for you as your order was right.., you didn’t eat the pizza so how do you know.. even my nieces were like needs more sauce it’s dry and this does not look like a New York style pizza as I have been to New York..

I’ve never had much of a problem in general, but the staff looks very unhappy. I totally get it with that location. It is weird to ring the buzzer to get let in for our food. I also was annoyed at waiting and just watching my food sit on the hand-off plane.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I love Papa John’s pizza; my family and I only exclusively have pizza from Papa John’s when we order pizza. After pre-ordering from this location however, it leaves at bit less to be desired. You’d think that online ordering with clear menu options would make things easy but only if they had actually looked at the order in its entirety. Dough in both the pizzas and garlic knots we ordered were under cooked. The only thing they got right were the pre-made, warmed up brownies…but only probably because I threw them in the oven for an extra measure.

I’m a Papa John’s regular and have been ordering from this location for about 2 years about once to twice a month. All the orders are delivered quickly, but lately at the expense of quality. The last couple orders I’ve asked for specific orders (e.g. double toppings, light cheese, extra sauce) but it’s just a normal pizza as if my requests were ignored at the expense of speed.
