What a joke! They brag about customer service, take your money and of course they get the order wrong. We called to let them know and they claim we have the wrong store and hung up on us. One star is to many. I called back to speak with a manager, the cowardly manager won’t answer the phone. We’ll never order from another Paps Johns and I’ll let family and friends know our experience. A COMPLETE JOKE! THIS STORE IS LOCATED IN POMONA CALIF.

Something about Papa John’s pizza just tastes better than most other chains. The dough, the meats and veggies just go together very well. They have your order ready when they say it’s ready, I’m satisfied.

Worst place ever!!! They don’t even pick up the phone.they messed up on my order got it all wrong from the pizza to the sides to the drink like are they even doing there job right and when told the driver my order was wrong he just said that’s your order if didn’t think so to call the office but they don’t pick up it’s all operator automated when pick to speak to manager goes straight to voice-mail even when placing my order sounded like an operator some where in the east.willnot be ordering again. And would like a full refund.

Love their cookie every time, great place. usually on time at delivery , and if late on really busy days, this store does not hesitate to offer a good discount coupon . Had a chance to talk to owner once while at the pickup. Seemed very decent honest reasonable guy.

To the hardworking young lady on the front desk.. I’m sorry for being a Karen. I was hangry and you didn’t deserve that attitude form me. This my first time making online order and I forgot it was dinner time and got carried away by the long wait. I appreciate the staff for their service despite there being so many of us. But I will say this… people ordering in advance online: keep in mind dinner time will go by slower. Expect you pizza to be ready in about 45-50 min. Would also help if the site didn’t say 15-20min ready during that time (about 5-7pm I assume) Could you imagine how much better things would be? I don’t know but there has to be some way to avoid this.. a hangry rude customer (like me) shouldn’t give these workers that attitude due to faulty online false advertisement.
