We went to pickup our pizza. I am handicapped and there was a car that was parked in the handicapper parking belonging to the manager illegally parked there, so I parked next to it and the spot it was tight because the managers car was parked sideways and was over the line. He came out upset and said what was I Doing that I was to close to his car. I said parking and that I was handicapped and he is in the handicapped parking. He told me to show him proof, so I did but he did not move. It upset me. He said why are you mad? I said because I am handicapped and you tell me to show you proof and you don’t move. He and a female employee said do you come here everyday? I said no but other handicapped people do and it is a $250.00 fine for parking illegally in a handicapped zone. They said that they park there everyday and will keep on parking there. Their attitude was very unprofessional and so wrong to take away the parking for us handicapped people just because they are to lazy to walk across the parking lot. He would not give me his name. Thanks to them you have lost a long time client of Papa John Pizza. I have called all my friends who live in the area who order pizza from you and will also stop buying your pizza because of these rude employees. Is this the was to treat your loyal handicapped customers? I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office tomorrow morning.

I’m surprised that they have such unhygienic practices at this location. First of all, there was only one worker and this same one is who is charging at the register and making the pizzas. I cannot believe he was not wearing a mask and making the food, and he did not wash hid hands! The worker appears to be a young hispanic male. Once, I noticed I decided to cancel my order. I’m truly disappointed or feel bad for people who buy food and without knowing how they prepare it.

Tonight 5/02/21 I passed by Hacienda Blvd papa’s John’s pizza, I just wanted to order a pizza for dinner it was around 8:25pm and the night shift manager was very rude with me when he told me that he won’t take my order because he’s was closing the store, so I checked the schedule on internet and it said that the last carryout order is at 9:25, so I was supposed to have an hour left to order my pizza and this man just didn’t want to take my order. I would never come back to this store, and I would never recommend my family and friends Papa’s John’s. At least not from this location.

Horrible service at this location!!! Ordered online, waited 3 hours, and had to drive to the location only for them to tell me that they had to cancel my order due to them not having the ingredients. They “claim” they called but NEVER received a call!

Two medium pizza two toppings $6 dollar each. Friendly customer service pizza are freshly made once you order you wait 20 minutes but it is worth the wait.
