Disappointed. I ordered 2 original crust pizzas but both came as thin crusts (pictured) that was tough like cardboard. One pepperoni & mushroom the other chicken & spinach sadly both were very lite on the toppings, on one slice it only had 1 pepperoni and the other pizza only had like 4 pieces of spinach on the whole pizza and the taste was just ok-ish. They forgot my drink and said it wasn’t on the receipt even though it was clearly printed on one pizza box (pictured) so I had to show that it was on my phone order receipt. I had to wait for him to go back for the drink. I will say the delivery guy was polite and apologized and the original order was delivered faster than the time given. I do not recommend this place.

Seems like a hit or miss looking at the other reviews. I enjoyed the pizza but my wife and kids thought otherwise. They were adamant that the pizza wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Like the sauce was somewhat cold and cheese wasn’t melted appropriately. Don’t think they’ll be wanting pizza from here on out.

I always order from this location but tonight was a little disappointing. Open the box to only to find pet hair on the pepper that they give you with every order. I throw out the pepper only to find another pet hair on the garlic sauce . I had to get rid of the whole pizza. I am allergic to certain dogs & couldn’t risk eating any. Seems like an employee have a dog with a short white coat. If 2 pet hairs was on the pepper & garlic sauce I could only imagine how many was cooked on the pizza itself.

I just ordered and picked up two large pizzas that had everything on it and they were great. They were piping hot when I got them and when I got them home they were perfect for eating. This is the second time I’ve eaten at Papa John’s and the first time was not a good experience but I have to change my opinion of Papa John because the one in Glendora is run really well and the pizzas are loaded with all kinds of stuff on top of the combination Pizza. Also, the lady I spoke to on the phone was more than helpful when it came to placing my order she knew exactly what I wanted and needed which makes her an exceptional employee as well as the gentleman that are working there to make the best pizza.Thank you Papa John’s!

Visited in as a Postmates Delivery Driver. Customer ordered 3 things. She seemed very happy when I handed her what she ordered. Service for Papa Johns were very friendly. They gave me a wait time for the order and they called for Postmates when my order was complete. Employees there treated me with respect and kindness.

Have been ordering from this site for years now without incident, the food is always to standard and they are usually on time. However, on my last purchase I received substandard customer service. I placed my order online and paid for it with my card. I was going to tip in cash but all I had was a 20 and needed change. I wanted to add a soda to my order so I called in to add it and to kill 2 birds with one stone I told them I would pay cash for the soda when they arrived. This seems simple enough, but the only option they could offer me was to void out the whole original order and reorder it all on my card.
