New ownership and management! We had such a great experience compared to past orders. I was having issues with the online ordering and called in. Ricardo was there to help! He was pleasant, kind and helpful! The pizza came piping hot and the added jalapeños at the last minute added just the right amount of heat! Perfect meal when you don’t feel like cooking!

Just as an FYI: When I requested paper plates, I was told that they no longer offer free paper plates for carry out orders. They are only for dine-in customers, which was surprising, considering they do not have tables. I have no complaints about the food or the service. We enjoy Papa John’s and will be back soon.

My husband & I drive all the way from Canyon Country to get Papa Johns since our location closed. Tonight i ordered a pizza with 1/2 plain cheese and 1/2 pineapple and onion. When i opened the box there were toppings on practically half of the cheese side. We asked the guy if he could remake it and he said he would make a plain cheese. When he handed my husband the order back there was only one pizza. Turns out he just remade it and probably gave the other pizza to his coworkers. Absolutley poor customer service and no work ethic. These teenagers need to be taught better and do something when you say you’re going to do it. **UPDATE** i called the store and JOHN is literally yelling at me bc I’m obviously upset and when i asked why we didn’t receive the other pizza he promised he said “i decided that was too generous so i just replaced the half of the pizza you had a problem with.” I looked in the box again and he kept the half with topping from the OLD pizza and replaced the half with cheese. I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow as this kid has no place working in customer service

New update: When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told this location was out of the chicken poppers. The clerk (might have been a shift or store manager) was very apologetic and quickly offered to give me the pizza I had also ordered for free. Great customer service right there. It also another example of how the Papa John’s call center is not doing their franchisees any favors.
