The website is convenient and easy to use. Overall quality for the company as a whole seems to have dipped and the loss of the apostrophe in the name is perplexingly grammatically incorrect. However, you can get a decent deal if you find a good promo and the garlic butter sauce is still a game changer.

No seasoning on my Tuscany cheese sticks so they’re just plain cheese sticks and no ranch dip I got ranch dressing that’s not the same thing

Messed up my order, but made it right! This was the first time this location had messed up a order of mine, being that they said it was delivered, when no pizza driver ever showed up. After calling the store, they said they would send another order. I assumed they would lag it on the order, but it came within 20 min and they even hooked it up with a cookie dessert and drinks. Thanks for being #1 Papa.

Conveniently located at the end of commercial building with lots of parking spaces. They are very friendly and your order will be ready for take out if you place an order online in advance.

Pizza was mediocre, too thin and soggy, the toppings fall off, and the delivery driver asking rudely for a tip and when you decline gets angry and makes a face. Their customer service and product quality sucks!

I’ve always gone with Papa John’s when it comes to quick pizza bite, and I’ve noticed this place (near La Mirada / Whittier) is particularly good; less salty and more fresh ingredients. Highly recommended if you want to have quick fresh pizza bites~

Their Pizza is marvelous I love it most pizza places have really runny pizzas but for Papa John’s Pizza they have a five-star Quality Pizza and I can say that I love their taste I think they have customers service.
