This is by far the worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been too. And in between years I’ll give it a second chance. But it’s always and consistently the worst pizza quality, horrible service from staff, and consistent errors in my order. The first time I went to this location, I received my pizza with just one topping when I ordered 3! And also in that same order, I got some of the coldest wings I’ve ever received from a carry out. A few years go by and I try to give this location a second chance. Again! Horrible staff who all seem like they don’t even want to be there, and then mistakes on my order AGAIN! I’m absolutely done with this location.

So I ordered pizzas online for New Years Eve for pickup today around 3pm. I was not properly greeted by the old Hispanic lady cashier. She was very rude never said thank you disrespectful. Because of her I’ll never go back there again. She was very bias and nice to the Hispanic family in front of me. She said gracias to them. She never barely acknowledged me at all. I’m about customer service so she messed with the wrong woman today. She needs to be fired ASAP!!!
