Our delivery order took over an HOUR to arrive and needless to say the pizza was soggy, wings were cold and the cheese inside the crust not even melted. The food was inedible so I complained to corporate customer service and was promised a contact from franchisee and others. One week later nothing. The order was over $50.00 and I feel this company doesn’t care one little bit!!

Terrible location! Made an order through the Papa John’s website. Order took 45 minutes longer than projected. Pizza was the wrong one, items were missing. Called the store to correct the mistake, got attitude from the store. The pizza I actually ordered in the first place , took an additional 90 minutes to arrive and the delivery driver had attitude. Sorry for expecting what I paid for. My bad.

Had a very unusual issue ordering pizza on their website, somehow it’s difficult to tell the browser which store is “Your Store” … so when I ordered at 11pm at night they routed the delivery to a store that was closed and set the delivery at 11am the next day. Most of the website behavior did not explain this all very well. Anyway, Will who was working that shift (Manager) took care of the entire issue perfectly, thank you Will! Pizza was very good actually and the charge to my credit card was fixed within 12 hours, good job on the issue fixes as well! But yah Will knows how to handle things, this is for sure! Big ups! Respect!

This place has gone from one of my favorite locals chains to last place. Quality has been decreasing but decided to give em another chance. Place an online order for 1 large cheese pizza for carryout. Says 18 to 26 minutes for pickup. 25 minutes later and they didnt even start making it yet! They are lazy and then don’t even care!

The last time I had a PapaJohns pizza it was very good. My pizza of choice is the philly cheesesteak. Previously this pizza was hot, flavorful, and topped nicely. However, my most recent experience was awful. My Cheesesteak was prepped with red sauce, no onions or peppers, and a very small amount of steak. This particular location has been good to me, but this time I was let down. At $17.00 for a medium pizza, This shouldn’t be happening. This location has lost my business for the unforeseeable future.

I ordered from this papa johns on 10/08 and it was a disaster! If it weren’t for me contacting another store and that stores customer service I would never be doing business with you guys again! I ordered pizza tonight at 7:16 pm. They said I would get the food in 25-30 minutes. I waited until 8:17 to follow up on the order. They said that they needed another 20-30 minutes. I said okay. 9pm came around and I’m hungry (and pregnant) waited almost 2 hours and I started calling them for another follow up to see if I was going to get my pizza or not. I called for 30 minutes straight (approx 12 times and waiting for a few minutes each time) and still no answer! I then called the 9255 S Eastern Ave Ste 320, Las Vegas, NV 89123 location and someone immediately answered. The person who answered (Jennifer) went above and beyond to assist me even though her store really couldn’t help me. She tried calling the store multiple times too and they didn’t answer her either! So she had to call multiple people to get me help before she could get in contact with someone. Long story short I finally got my food because of this amazing person at the serene location.. And my order was wrong! They put Alfredo sauce on my pizza which was disgusting and didn’t bring any red pepper or Parmesan packets. I think they might have messed my order on purpose because who puts Alfredo sauce on spicy sausage and mushroom pizza?! Gross. I tried calling the location to just let them know that after waiting 3 hours for food that was supposed to show up in 30 minutes my order was wrong but they didn’t answer the couple of times I tried calling them! I was so hungry at this point I still ate the pizza despite how gross it was… After we finished eating Jennifer texted me to make sure I got my food. If it weren’t for her and her exceptional service I would not be back!!! This location on cactus and Decatur is the absolute worst and I will be picking up my pizza from the other location from now on even if they can’t deliver to me!

Horrible business went in to try papa just I has for the first time the guy says it will be 20 mins so I stood there for 10 mins noone even took my order I asked can I at least place my order so I can go get something from another restaurant and come back to pick up my pizza he says it will be another 6 to 8 mins before I can order so he meant I had to wait 20 mins just to place my order they didn’t even have a menu to look at or anything on the wall other than a photo of a pizza and some bowls that looked good

I’m a regular customer and I’ve always had the best customer service great quality of food plus great price! I did run into a bit of a situation a couple days ago regarding a delivery driver who wasn’t suppose to take anything above 20 however I only had a 50 on me the driver was willing to take a 10 dollar tip but come to find out she wasn’t even suppose to take the 50 dollar bill after calling the store to see what was going on Annie apologized for the inconvenience and told me that she could credit a couple pizzas! I just called the store to redeem those pizzas for lunch for my family today she also thanked me over the phone. And made sure not to charge me for the delivery fee! Thank you again Annie I’m happy with the outcome!
