The pizza wasn’t as delicious as I was expecting it to be. For some reason it’s not the same anymore and I prefer pizza from Peter Piper’s or NYP or Roadrunners pizza. But I’m getting tired of Papa Johns something changed with their pizza cause it’s not the same anymore.

I called the curbside service phone number when I arrived. I hit the option 2 button. It said my pizza was ready so I wrongfully assumed someone would bring it out. It said it was ready for 15 minutes. I walked in but didn’t have a mask, the staff immediately told me to leave because I didn’t have a mask… which is why I called the curbside service number to begin with. I tried to explain I have been calling for like 20 minutes but they weren’t listening. You either do curbside or you don’t. Be nice, be a human and be decent enough and at least let me speak and tell you why I walked in maskless. Be better.

I don’t like pizza but my roomie saw a commercial and we decided to try it! And actually it’s really good the crust is soft and chewy the tomato sauce isn’t too sweet or bitter it has plenty of cheese and meat and that stuff crust delish!! Come give them a try they also helped out one of the local school bands w/monies

Pizza quality was low, paying for something that compares to little Caesar’s quality pizza. The cheese and sauce are bland. Paid more than what was originally said it was going to cost. Not ordering from Papa John’s again.

Unprofessional driver contacted me after the delivery which is so unprofessional and as a delivery driver myself i would have never have done that unless the customer asked for something related to their delivery which i did not do, and quite frankly, it felt insulting what was sent. when i called the store the manager just told me something about not answering calls which i didn’t get a call i had told her i had to go out into the middle of the road no call happened. i don’t wanted to be texted something that insults me after the fact when im eating my food and then treated like my privacy doesn’t matter.

I almost felt like giving them 1*star. I placed an order over the phone at 6:05 and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes and when I arrived to their store they didn’t even start my order or even placed it at all ♂️ like come on you can’t be so busy you forget to make an order. This papa john’s needs to step their game up

We ordered several items online for pick-up. Papa John’s has always been one of our go tos, however, this time we were very disappointed. We always get the same thing so we know how good it can be, but today it was not. We ordered green chile bacon cheese sticks. It was wet and soggy because they forgot to add the green chile before they ran them through the oven, and added it after they had been baked. The green chile was cold and wet and ruined the whole thing. This was horrible! We had also selected in our order to have a square cut on our thin crust and it was not. This location is usually really excellent.

Have had carry out before, but recently had delivery on two pizzas. Both right and delicious. Very fast delivery. I had no internet so I called it in. Main office had computer problem, suggested I call store, apologised. I did, polite, caring guy answered. I asked to have tip added to credit card total, but when my statement arrived, no tip was billed !!! I’m horrified !!! Poor girl, nice, polite, friendly, and quick delivery, got stiffed, not my fault !!! Hope I can get a tip to her somehow. Hope she still works there and delivers mine again, so I can tip her in person. I usually don’t keep cash around my home. Hope she didn’t think I was a jerk. Didn’t know until almost a month later when cc statement arrived. for her.
