If you order from the location on Central it is THE BEST!!! Gary makes all of the pizzas that I have gotten( usually at night) he slays the toppings and follows directions!! I have NEVER. Been disappointed by this location!! He’s the best pizza chef Albuquerque papa johns have!! I drive 3 minutes just to get one from him and this location. My local location is yucky but Gary is the man!!!! No matter how busy they are , he has never messed up or fallen short on quality!! Trust me it’s worth it !! He deserves an award or a raise or do something!!! He’s so needs to train the others on making consistently AMAZING pizzas! The owners of this location need to recognize his commitment.

Absolutely disgusting ordered thew there app and I clearly stated I wanted the epic crust pizza and as for my toppings to be half olives and all pepperoni. This what I got all the topping under cheese entire pizza is covered in olives and pepperoni and you wouldn’t even know about it till you pick at the cheese which is clearly melted over the toppings and sauce who the heck puts topping in between cheese and sauce! Can’t even eat this! This was not worth the $32 dollars. Contracted the store and whoever answered said “you ordered it that way” I looked back and did not order any details about this like this then I was told “we’ll make revise this and then hung up on me” it took me 4 calls to even get ahold of someone because every time they would pick up not say hello or anything then it would hang up just rude!

They forgot the side items, called the store and sent the girl back out. Got a knock on the door with an open blue cheese and a crumbled up reciept by the door. Kind of weary about eating the food and Still didn’t get the rest of the sauces ordered

I don’t know who needs to hear this but this was probably the worst pizza I have ever had . I tried to force myself to eat this because I was so hungry but I couldn’t even finish 1 slice. Took an hour to get here and they forgot to put in the sauce I ordered .The manager of this location really needs to talk to their employees.

I ordered from this location and the pizza was undercooked I got an email from JEREMY’S JONES telling me that they were going to replace the pizza when I called to go ahead and get the pizza replaced the lady that picked up the phone told me that she would take care of it whenever she could I’ve been trying to I called the major corporation to see how I could go ahead and fix this issue so I can be a satisfied customer and continue to keep ordering but the person said they called the store and that they weren’t going to reopen up the case and that was it so I’m out $20 and I didn’t even get to enjoy the pizza that I ordered initially this place is taking advantage of people and JEREMY’S JONES get pizza delivered from somebody else

Jeremy is very very rude , void our order and didn’t notify us, after two hours, patiently waiting.Then blamed the broken oven on us. Didn’t let me order. Never ever will we use this papa johns again.

Have had issues with this location multiple times with orders not getting delivered where they have had to send another pizza. The most recent time it happened the store claimed the tracker on the app doesn’t work (it’s just an estimate supposedly) as a way to cover the fact that they hadn’t delivered it… The person at the store hung up on us. The delivery driver yelled (literally) at us when he finally did show up because we had called the store to see where our pizza was as the tracker said it had been delivered over ten minutes prior. Will sadly not be ordering from this location again.

Pizza was okay wasn’t the best the bread sticks were horrible they had no flavor they tasted like they had flower just thrown on them. It was like eating dried up pizza crust .was not worth what I paid.
