I ordered online and it was my first time ordering from papa John’s I was disappointed to find out the chicken Alfredo was not pasta but instead just a bowl of chicken and cheese. I asked how they could fix this for me since I really did not want what I got. And I was not aware that it was Infact not pasta. They said there was nothing they could do and refused to give me a refund for my order because I had ordered online.

The food was great, the service was fine, no complaints there, but their system is atrocious. There are no prices on almost anything, and itemized receipts are not provided unless asked for. Due to no fault of the staff it was a very abrasive ordering experience.

Listen, I ordered a pizza on door dash. I received an empty box. Apparently some sort of mistake. Now lemme tell you hwat, as a food delivery driver, if yer pickin a box up, supposin ta have a 1-2 pound pizza in it and it’s empty. You think you’d notice that? I’d like to think so. Maybe old feller was in a hurry. Anywho I got on the phone with ol papa John, let me tell you something about customer service. The gawd dang general manager himself drove down to my humble abode, personally delivered my pizza, gave me a free breadsticks, AND a coupon for the inconvenience. I personally want to thank this manager and staff for their excellent customer service and attention to detail. I’d group hug all y’all if I could.

My sister placed an online order and I went to pick it up. I was greeted with a genuine hello when I came through the door and they let me know that my pizza was almost ready. The pizzas themselves were fantastic the only problem that I have is I like a sweeter sauce. Great job to the Papa John’s in Kingman. Keep up the good work
