Pizza was ok but oily. Menu board didn’t have prices for build your own pizza, not pizza or topping prices. Staff didn’t kow either. They were only able to tell total price by asking pizza size we wanted and how many toppings we might want and putting it in the cash register. There was no waiting and a bench to sit on while waiting.

It’s been hit and miss at this location for a couple of years. When they get it right it’s great, but the lack of consistency always has me on edge. There have been several times my order was delivered to the wrong apartment, or in some cases not at all. Simple instructions like how much pizza sauce and toppings to include on my order are followed every once and again. Now having said all this, the current GM at this location has always made things right either by comping the meal or including extra sides with the next order, and her demeanor has always been pleasant and apologetic so I give this place three stars only because I know that the inevitable mistake on future orders will be corrected to my satisfaction…at some point.

I called and placed an order over the phone and the gentleman I believe he said his name was Allen that took my order was beyond amazing ! He went above and beyond for us and very patient on our order it took us like 15 minutes to figure what was best for our family but I must say he’s the first person ever to speak to at this store who wasn’t rude and he had patience and the best customer service! I hope I got the name right but thank you allen so much glad to know there’s still good people out here who care about helping others and have great customer service! Keep up the good work

No matter where you go in the world Papa John Pizza should give you the same experience and taste but not here, I got the works pizza and as I lifted each slice all my toppings fell everywhere except for my mouth. The service was good though.

Great service. Had trouble calling the store but the manager explained to me a better way. I felt welcomed and the professional service was great. When I order from Papa John’s, I’m expecting a clean professional delivery person from Papa John’s, that have corporate guidelines to follow and that’s able to read my delivery instructions. I do not expect a Door dash delivery driver in street clothes, not wearing a mask during a pandemic, leaving my pizza on the ground at the wrong door. When I called to voice my opinion on the matter I was told that I should order on days they weren’t so busy. Very disappointed, and I will NOT be ordering from them, as long as this policy of using Door Dash when it gets too busy is in effect.
