We had a nice experience at this location. The service was very friendly and professional. I waited few minutes inside the store and I notice them being very busy yet this not affect the customer service. We order the New York stile and it was very tasty we were content with the purchase. Sent my son to pickup an order of 3 large pizza’s. One of which I SPECIFICALLY ordered for my grandson who is autistic and will ONLY eat alfredo with cheese. I repeated it 3 times to the guy taking the order to make sure it was right. Well they didn’t get it right as you can see, it doesn’t have alfredo sauce. I called the store. The guy that answered said that the order didn’t say with alfredo and when I requested the name of who took the order, they don’t have that information and when asked then how will they fix this, he said they won’t. I asked for a manager and he yelled for SCOTT. A GIRL took the phone which after explaining the situation stated that they were right and they would not fix the mistake. I tried talking calmly to her then I got a little louder when she said she didn’t care!!!

I just got an order 2 large stuff crust and one of the new thing crust for valentines everything was perfect & fresh. I went in and there was only one man rocking it out making the pizzas maning the register & taking phone orders I didn’t get a chance to ask his name but great attitude great customer service and can obviously handle himself well under pressure without compromising his service big raise for that man great experience.

They have a chicken Alfredo bowl , I was under the impression it had noodles . I called the store to discuss the matter . The first girl who answered was very polite.She did everything she needed to in trying to resolve the issue. Offered us no refund, however offered a chicken Alfredo pizza in the bowls place ! Unfortunately we had already ordered a epic stuffed crust and didn’t want another pizza . Which then she asked us to give her a second to hand the phone over to her manager .

This place is a joke. The manager has zero customer service skills. Called me a liar when I told her my pizza was made incorrectly. Not to mention it was late. Don’t give me a time to choose for the delivery if you’re not going to have it there no later than the time specified. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further to a more reputable store.
