Purchased pizzas and they were never delivered to our address. Called and spoke to the manager and she informed us that they now work with Doordash. Then she proceeded to aske if I checked outside on the ground. First off why would I want a pizza thats been left on the ground??? So, I told her the tracker said that it was delivered but I still have no pizza. I asked for a refund but she insisted on just redelivering the order. We said no and asked for her to refund us. 2 hours later hear a knock on the door and its my neighbor asking if we ordered pizzas……the Amazon man knocked on their door and let them know they had pizzas sitting on the ground.

Impressive service! Very well done. Called in a pick up it was perfect! It was still steaming hot when I took the 15min drive home to savoring every part of the pie!!!!! I opened the box when I got home steam of fire came off my pizza. It was incredible!!!!!

Bought the new Papa bowls they are not worth the money they’re not even half full like the pictures. They just have a small amount covering the bottom, with sauce and some items not even enough for two people. And put it in this big plastic pan and then put it in a pizza box and seal it you don’t see what they actually give you until you get home.

This store a week ago delivered our two pizza order long after the delivery window. I thought the kids were going to eat us alive. I raised my concerns via the website. A week later, I contacted the manager of the store and they delivered the same order from the week before and it was delivered without delay. We appreciate this store making it right! Big fans.

Papa John’s usually makes excellent pizza’s. First of all the driver was great, no complaints there. I ordered two large stuffed crust pizza’s. and I ordered 2x extra cheese and that was ignored and several areas on the pizza was bare. What bothers me is the exorbitant cost for additional cheese. They will not correct this issue or have ever responded just collected the money. Update: same thing happened yesterday, 5/26/23, no extra cheese. Extra cheese may be subjective, but If ordered and paid for it, I feel the whole pizza should be covered without any bare spots.

We order from the store all the time. I really like the flavor of the pizza. However, two out of three times that I order they always get something wrong. I just got pizza last night on New years eve and I asked for tomatoes on one side and onions on the other. Guess what, they were both put on the same side and a very plain second side of a Pizza. Come on guys if the website has three circles which stand for left, the whole side of the pizza and right and you can’t read those icons you shouldn’t be working in a pizza joint. You actually should go back to school to learn how to read something so simple. I’m tired of calling and telling him they did something wrong and then they promised to make it right by another pizza. It’s just not worth it anymore. I guess it’s time to find another pizza place that I like the flavor of and knows how to follow directions.
