I’ve had nothing but GREAT interactions with employees at this store so I wanted to make sure I took the time to give you all a good review. This is the only restaurant that delivers to my house, not even door dash or Uber eats come out here. The food isn’t always consistent but my families always happy and fed. The other day the manager was dealing with some understaffing, she reached out and made sure I knew what was going on. She let me know she had already handled it and the coverage on the way. Also, my in store experiences have been wonderful, the store always looks clean and I’m always greeted when I walk in. I’ve never had a single issue here. I hope you all keep spreading the kindness

We ordered two large one-topping pizzas with stuffed pepperoni and cheese crust- it was DELICIOUS!! The pizza was warm when it came, it had even distribution of toppings and the crust was so cheesy . You MUST order from here! The only thing that wasn’t “five star” was the delivery time which was just over an hour, which I would consider pretty poor considering our residence is 10 minutes away from this Papa Johns. Delicious pizza- everyone in our household raved about it.

They always forget the sauces wichi they charge me. And they want me to wait until they have another delivery near my house to bring them. I’m supposed to let my pizza and wins get cold until they have time to redeliver what they are missing. Called the manager and he was rude and said we had no other option but the wait or eat food without sauces

Their food is just gross. All of the times we’ve gotten it has simply been because it’s convenient, being one of only 2 pizza places in the community (the other pizza place is even worse). Every time I’ve regretted it and will never do it again. The most recent time we tried the papadias. It was just disgusting. Burnt, dough tasted nasty and 2 bites in I decided it was entirely inedible.

Can some one explain to me how the pizza guy just robbed me ? Date of robbery 6/22/22 13$ pizza came out to 29 because management only gives them 20$ for change ? What baloney I’m never ordering from this scam of a establishment again. Placed order online. Received an email at 7:30 saying its being prepared. Said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We show up in 20 minutes and stated its coming right out of the oven. Went out to my car, came back in 10 minutes and they state its still coming out? Its now 8:18pm just sitting here in the lobby, still waiting….

Worst PJ ever. Last time my order took an hour and a half to be delivered. This time my pizza was cold. They used to have really good service until recently. I tip extremely well and have always had great delivery drivers except last time he didnt have plates, parm, or any napkins. What happened to the service?

Love the food HATE the delivery service. I pressed NO CONTACT and still have the delivery guy coming up and asking me questions. I politely asked the delivery guy to leave our food on the porch since our family is COVID+. I do not appreciate him asking if I’m sure I have the correct total, sir you literally have the receipt, and I’m trying to deal with my dogs—one of which is trying to attack you. Not sure what I can tell you other than whatever was charged from the app. I also pressed NO CONTACT for both of our safety so I don’t understand why he keeps trying to approach my door. Not sure if this is a new practice for Papa Johns Delivery people to persistently ask for an “extra tip”. I don’t know what the tip was, or why you won’t leave my house till you get a “few extra dollars”. Thankfully he must of gotten bored with me consistently repeating “whatever was charged through the app is what we paid for” from my security door. I’m just trying to get my food without giving you COVID and a lawsuit from my dog rushing on you.

Extremely slow service. Ordered on app, which said pizza would be ready in 25-30 minutes. 56 minutes later, it is still not ready. Store is too small for the volume of orders they take. They need to either expand, or slow down on the volume of orders since they can’t keep up.
