The freshest pizza I’ve had in a while! Super tasty super delicious !! Friendly workers great attitude and was welcoming all the way around! I got a pizza with only onions and one with pepperoni! My onion pizza was the bomb ! You can just taste the freshness in the pizza so satisfying especially if your hungry ! I hope I get this same experience from any other location! But I’ll stop here on my out of Arizona for sure ! Thank you guys for such a good pizza !!

0/5 they love to lie and steal money from customers. They completely botched my order three weeks again and said I will get it free next time. Call back and the only thing they added was the pizza. Not the wings or brownies they dropped on the ground and didn’t cut. I now ordered that free pizza and had to wait over 3 hours and shift change to have the pizza show up and be double the total than what they told me on the phone. So now I’m out over $60 for some cold dropped late pizza. Lovely oh and an additional $5 delivery fee for a pizza I ordered for “free” three hours ago

I places a delivery order that came out to 95 dollars, but the pizza wasn’t cooked right the bread was still doughy and it was not great. So I called talked to the manager he was a young kid that didn’t really care because he put me on hold to take another call. Then asked if I want the pizza remade I told him no I’m going to throw them in the oven here in my kitchen, I was just asking if the pizza is so supposed to be like this? Especially since I haven’t ordered papa John’s in like 10 years. But hey I’ll just stick with barros

RAW CRUST – Ordered 2 large ‘The Works’ pizzas carryout and got home to find the crust of both completely raw. The toppings were piled so high the crust didn’t cook at all. The box was so wet on the bottom I could easily poke my finger through it. Both pizzas were inedible and went in the trash. Called the restaurant several times during business hours with no answer. Took the time to fill out the online complaint form with no response a week later. Papa John’s clearly doesn’t care.

On my first order, 1/4 of the Cheese bread was just dough so I called for a credit. Ordered online again about a week later and called in to get the cheese bread credited. The call goes to a call center in India? Get my order home and there’s a couple pieces of cheese bread that still don’t have cheese….and it’s super greasy and not cut well. The pizza is also very greasy, floppy and not cut at all. And the butter they put in the box was open so it spilled when we took it out. Perhaps “payback” for complaining about the cheese bread? Will not be ordering from here again any time soon.

We haven’t had Papa Johns in years and won’t be having it again anytime soon. There are barely any toppings on these at all and what there are, are all in the center. Slow down and do things right, you weren’t that busy.
