Definitely loved the chicken poppers. My daughter is super picky and she enjoyed them. The epic stuffed crust cheese pizza was very good. My son said it was so cheesy. The pepperoni pizza was very tasty. I loved their garlic sauce……it was overall amazing

We ordered pizza from papas Johnson numerous times and never had issues. We received our pizza completely messed up and mashed. Pizza Hut was able to replace pizza but when we ate it my entire family got food poisoning. All of my children including us threw up and became terribly ill. We didn’t eat anything else that day but the pizza, be careful with asking for a new order. This was the worst experience we had with papa johns

I ordered pizza, garlic knots, and a bunch of dipping sauces for pick up. It was ready in good time but when I picked it up, I specifically asked about the dipping sauces. The guy looked me in the eye and said it was in the box. You guessed it, I got home and no sauce. That was something like $8 or $10 in sauce. I called and got an apology. That’s it, an apology. So they stole that $10 and sure as hell didn’t deserve the tip I gave. Make sure to check your order before you leave no matter what they tell you.

I will NEVER order Papa John again. The thin crust was average for pre-made crust, we ordered a large sausage pizza, so kind of papadillo I guess they thought that was OK. The sausage is breakfast sausage. Breakfast sausage belong with eggs. Not on pizza with tomatoe sauce and mozzarella cheese. I couldn’t even gag down a piece even tho I tried cuz I was so hungry. The family really like the breadsticks but not me. I prefer pizza hut breadsticks myself and half the family prefers pizza hut breadsticks too. Our order was LATE and they didn’t cut the pizza into squares like we ordered either. Not as big of a complaint as the gross pizza is. I’ll never ever order from here again.

I placed an online order, it’s was done before the expected time. When I got there the young lady greeted me with a smile and a hello, I told her about my online order it was done and she went the extra mile to see if I needed plates and napkins…with this customer service I’ll definitely be a repeat customer…keep up the good work!!!

Pizza was delivered on time, but cold. There was no pepper or garlic butter. Very disappointing. I have since contacted a Manager, she was very apologetic and made up for the unfortunate mishap. 5 stars for her
