Generally this location has been good. There’s only been one time of many visits where something wasn’t cooked through (super doughy garlic knots). Generally the pizza is good, on time, and no complaints. The free papadia that gets thrown in occasionally is also nice in addition to the rewards.

The service here the last few times has been horrible. Today, the online app said the pizza was ready, so we head in. When we get there, the workers look up, but no one assists us. When they finally do, they tell us our pizza isn’t ready. I tell them the app said it was done, only to be told the app is a timer. Okay… then how long until it’s done I ask, only to get told “it depends”. Depends on what??? Can you find out? I only get told it will be a few more minutes. So I just leave for a few minutes and come back. Low and behold, it was and had been ready, but “double stacked” with someone else’s order. If only someone had bother to try to be the least bit helpful, would not have wasted my family’s time tonight.

I ordered a pizza with light sauce. They gave me light cheese instead. There was so little cheese you could see the red sauce all over the pizza. There was supposed to be chicken and pineapple. There was about 10 tiny slices of chicken on the pizza. Most of the slices had no chicken. My husband ate some before I got home and he thought it was just a plain pineapple pizza. That’s how little of chicken there was. I also ordered some garlic parmesan chicken wings. When they arrived they were gooey and rubbery. I had to put them in the oven to crisp them up. Highly unsatisfied with this visit.

I always get the family size 5 meat treat I believe it’s called. Never any problems. Workers are polite. Pizza is made quickly. Definitely my go to since Lil Caesars had me waiting 45 minutes before I figured out that the bunch of people & myself were all waiting on bread sticks which were still dough. They really should of let us know. Cost them my business for the foreseeable future. Keep it up Springville Papa Murphy’s!

Shaq-a-roni is falsely advertised. This is just an extra large pepperoni pizza. The crust is not thin, not foldable, and the toppings don’t go to the edge. It’s just a regular ol’ Papa John’s pepperoni

I have ordered carryout here a handful of times within the last year. Luckily my pizzas have been made correctly, but I have to agree with the other review of the grumpy staff. There is a young man in particular who takes the cake for grumpiness. I totally felt like an inconvenience. I asked for my receipt and he told me he couldn’t give me one, also. Papa Johns used to be my favorite pizza, their crust is so tasty. Unfortunately, I’d rather pass this place up. I know that food service is struggling, but using the excuse of short-staffed is getting really old. Learn to adapt.
