Tried the new Garlic stuffed crust pizza. It was absolutely disgusting. The pizza could not be held in your hand it was so flimsy from the crust being so thin. The outer crust was so thick that’s where most the dough went. I’m not even sure it was fully cooked. Try to call the store and they don’t answer. Don’t waste your money on that item. They lost a fan today.

Love their food, always really delicious. This last time we got pizza. And it was super undercooked, but the manager the next day, made sure to correct the problem really quickly! And he went above and beyond and did more than I was even asking for back. So I was pleased with the customer service, and how fast they made sure it was fixed. A lot of companies should follow this manager as a good example for your customers, super awesome manager!

The pizza and cheesy breadsticks taste good. There was a lot more of the breadsticks then I thought there would be but the marinara sauce was pathetic. The container is extremely small and it half filled. Very disappointed with that.

I am a fan of Papa John’s Papadias. On few occasions my Papadias was delivered without the quality seal, looking subpar, and not tasting the best but I always counted it as a on off incident. Recently, my order got delivered without a quality seal, it looked like it had been thrown in the box with no wrapping paper as usual and there was so much flour on it. I called to discuss how the Papadias looked like it was done in an hurry. The lady confronted me and asked how does it look like it was done in a hurry and it was the drivers fault for not putting the quality seal – not theirs. I asked to speak with the manager and after I explained how it seemed like my Papadias was done in a hurry. He asked me again quite rudely, “what about your pizza looks like it was done in a hurry?”. And added that they had run out of paper.

Excellent service. The GM was very patient while I placed my order (I had to feed a lot of people and didn’t know exactly what I wanted yet) and he took his time to hear me out and make sure we set it up the way I needed it. Will definitely be going back in the future. 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to have their pizza experience go along smoothly.

We ordered 2 large pizzas via online, one split pepperoni and Canadian bacon and split combination and the other plain cheese. We live in mantua, and ordered from Ogden, driving 30 minutes to pick up our order; however upon getting home we noticed we got two identical pizzas; both the pepperoni and Canadian bacon split combination pizza. We also noticed that one of the workers had left a garlic sauce container in the box, however it had been broken open, soaking the entire bottom of the pizza and crust making it extremely greasy. When we called to express our concerns we were blustered at by an extremely rude employee named Tina working at the Ogden papa John’s who was not only rude but only kept repeating “Yeah I don’t know what you want from me, there’s nothing I can do”. We used to love papa John’s and were more than happy to make the drive, however after this experience I can understand why this companies locations continue to shut down and lose business. My suggestion would be to hire more thoughtful and less rude employees.

The pizza was extremely overcooked. Called to complain and they just thought it was strange the pizza was ordered with normal options on the app. Apparently no one ever does that? They ‘fixed’ the order by delivering another overcooked pizza with no cheese or pizza sauce. I guess the management of this location does not care what goes out the door, as long as it remotely resembles what was ordered. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I called in my order. When I went to pick up cuz I live out of range for delivery, they didn’t have my order. The call center didn’t get my order to the store. I had to reorder at the store and wait for it to be made. I am very disappointed with the way they handle call orders.
