I understand delivery drivers are hard to come by. But Papa John’s partner for delivering pizza is just a joke. Kelly F, a driver for that partner took over an hour to delivery my pizza.. I live across the street. An early job when I was younger was a driver and understand they make most of their pay through tips. So I like to eat pizza and tip as well as I can afford, when I can. Well I called Papa John’s, spoke with a manager and had a fresh pizza her within 30 mins. Guess what pizza came from her..

Pizza was decent. I order chicken poppers. As the driver was taking everything put of the bag, he dropped the poppers on the ground and they went everywhere. But they weren’t poppers. They were actually wings. He apologized and left. Didn’t offer to clean them up. I called the store and asked to have my poppers delivered. Been waiting for an hour. Called again and they told me they were out for delivery. Still no poppers. Won’t be ordering from this location again. I delivered pizza for 7 years. When something was wrong, it took first priority to make it right. What a joke.
