Man, Papa John’s sure has gone downhill! The estimated time of delivery for my order was 53-65 minutes (or something like that), which it didn’t even state until AFTER I placed my order. Had I known it would take that long I wouldn’t have even bothered. Either way, it was still far longer than the quote time, as I waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery. My pizza was definitely far from hot, more lukewarm, upon arrival. Also love how they ask you to tip BEFORE your order is received. Additionally, you pay extra for toppings and get maybe one topping per piece of pizza. Might as well save the money and just get cheese.

i ordered two pizzas and they gave wrong pizzas. and the wrong pizzas i got from them. it was really bad and didnt tast good at all. I called and spoke with manager about my complaint and he hanged up the phone. do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. it is not worth your money.

My main concern with this location is health. Touching everything starting from the keyboard, printed labels, handles … and then the raw bread with the same bear hands without washing ? Wonder what else they are touching as this is what I observed. Blatant disregard for hygiene , not to mention the quality of the pizza !! The employees should be trained to do better.

This location has gone to the dumps in the last few years and I may never go back. I wont be shocked when they close their doors for good because of poor management. Once I was at the store to pick up my pizzas that were already paid for online, I sat there and waited 10 minutes while my pizza’s sat on the rack with no warmer getting cold. No one was helping at the register or even acknowledged my presence. After trying to get their attention loudly and being ignored they finally helped me after the phone rang and they had to come answer it, but of course they helped the phone person first. The food would have still been hot had I not had to wait an extra 15 minutes for someone to just hand me my already paid for pizzas. Also, the worker who finally helped me was dressed in a white sleeveless A-shirt and shorts with no apron, no name tag, hat or anything else typical of an employee. Very unprofessional and sloppy dress standards and about the worst customer service you could expect.

I have to admit I almost did not order from here after reading all the horrible reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen! We had 2 different papadias that were amazing. They both had plenty of toppings and it only took a half to fill me up. Mine had so many toppings that they were falling out. We also got an order of the breadsticks and they were great. They were crisp, not soggy, and just the right amount of flavor. I also got a small pizza that is loaded with toppings. I read a ton of reviews complaining about soggy food and there was not an ounce of soggy in my order. I think my only complaint was the garlic dipping sauce was a little bland but it still wasn’t bad.

I was incredibly shocked at how rude and downright disrespectful the 2 guys working at 10:30pm on 6/26/23 were. The younger man with long hair was throwing dough around and cussing about the customers that were ordering, saying he was going to walk out and shut the store down and that anyone ordering food that late were “f@&ing retards” And if they couldn’t eat at a reasonable time they deserved to go hungry. The other gentleman completely ignored my existence for 15 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional.

I really enjoy Papa John’s Pizza. My favorite pizza is the pepperoni, sausage six cheese pizza which is a specialty pizza. I tried a papadias for the first time and I really loved it. Papa John’s has the best rewards program out of any of their competitors. If you are planning on ordering more than one pizza it’s worth signing up for. You can start getting free pizza in no time.

How is this okay? Burnt food? Last week my pizza was undercooked and this week my breadsticks are burnt to a crisp. People pay the papajohns premium and expect good food not food like this. I doubt I will be ordering from your store again.
