Our young people are working hard! Ordered and wasn’t delivered for an hour and 29 minutes. They sent it with a door dash person because short of staff. I called, our pizza was ice cold and late. They sent out another pizza and a dessert. The pizza was pipping hot and arrived in 20 minutes. The manager apologized all over herself and said she would make it right. An online order we placed was mixed up with another order. A delivery timeframe was given to us. The order showed up well past that time. The driver told us the pizza had sat under a heat lamp for at least 30 minutes. Higher prices, slower service. Lack of empathy. We are done with Papa Johns.

So I called Papa John’s tonight to try to order pizza. Granted it was after 11:15 but every time I asked the employee to tell me a special or to tell me the prices or to tell me what it comes with or how many pieces that certain items came with. He acted as though, “Oh my gosh, I can’t believe you’re doing this and asking me these questions. ” I don’t have time for any of this ?! I have no time for this and why are you asking me?” These things are exactly the way his tone and attitude made me feel.

Overall, good food, but pricey for pizza. I got a large pizza (single topping) and it cost us $15 for the one. I find that there are other options that are better in this particular price range. Service was fast and prompt, as they had my online order ready within 15 minutes.

We love rats RATS ARE LIFE
This place is getting on my last nerves. Our family gets it on Fridays so we can have a nice meal. they are always late we ordered it at 5:45 and it came at 7:20. why does it really need to be that late, like come on. It was cold and hard and not cut well.They always forget our drink and when we call they don’t answer. We let the driver know and he said he will be right back. This has happened more than once. I do not recommend this pizza anymore. Next Friday I don’t think we will be getting Papa John’s. After about 30 minutes we got our drink but when he delivered it he didn’t even let me open the door. We watched on the camera him run like he did not want to be seen. At least we have our drink but I am still mad it took 2 hours to come. Please be aware about them being late and forgetting your stuff and more. This is ridiculous.

After receiving my order after almost 2 hours of waiting, it was cold. After calling and being hung up on, I still have no answers. This is the second time they’ve forgot my Pepsi and said they were coming back. I haven’t seen my Pepsi yet. I order from this location frequently and after tonight, I’m ready to go somewhere else. I understand being understaffed but I’ve seen places that were understaffed do way better than this. Do better Papa John’s.
